Me and my family have stayed on this hotel very recently in August 2026. I like the warm plates they served every dinner. and the variety of food. They catered for very fussy eater. I like the customer service of the hotel, they friendly and helpful. It’s the little things that goes a long way that makes the difference. The big swimming pool is very clean and big caters for families.
I would highly recommend this hotel Tsokkos Garden Hotel. I would like to say a big thanks to all staff.
The in resort checked is brilliant it make your travelling more easier. Thanks to all staff at jet2 holiday.
So, this hotel is clean and tidy, the staff on the whole are very friendly and hardworking! The maids a little too pushy in the morning!!! They literally knock none stop first thing to clean your room, which is very annoying when your away from work and would actually like a little lie in! The pool is lovely, shallow end and baby pools and then it goes incredibly deep so good for all, also another pool around the bs k which we preferred to be around because it was quieter! Bars are ok, although all inclusive it’s not! Your big standard drinks yeah, and incredibly syrupy cocktails yeah! But they have slush machine and advertise milkshakes which are not included, neither are the nice cocktails! Ice creams or lolly ices for the kids throughout the day is literally limited to mini magnum style ice creams - which are nice, but that’s it! They have a freezer full of ice creams and lolly ices on show but again at a charge! The food in the hotel is ok……. It’s edible the majority of the time, but it’s certainly not great! Even the chips at meal times (that kids usually eat) are not nice! They’re smothered in herbs! And not normal herbs u might put on a roast potato for example it like dill! Who puts dill on chips? The snack bar in my opinion has better food, however you have to order the food and the. It’s cooked for you, which yes is great! However, you can stand sometimes in the blistering heat waiting 45mins for chips or a halloumi sandwich! They also serve paying guests before all inc guests like we’ve not already paid a fortune to be there! If your all inc band comes off/snaps it’s 2euro for another one! And it’s meant to be a spa hotel however the sauna, steam room and both jacuzzis are bolted and not in use! In door pool is like an ice bath! So after a very long review, would I go back there? No! Absolutely not! However it’s ok! We had a nice holiday! And the reception staff especially are lovely!
Very good hotel with big parking area and large swimming pool good food very clean friendly staff good service nice room
Wouldnt return the building is so outdated now,we went two years ago it was fab but disappointed this time Food same most days but you can find something Only the pool,no activities like there was two years ago Night time entertainment rubbish your best too goo down the road to the station bar Bedrooms need doing for families, could of done actual beds not sofa bed in lounge
A brilliant second year at this hotel — and we’ve already booked for 2027. That says it all. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the food and drinks are consistently excellent.A massive shout‑out to Chris, the big boss man. He never walked past without asking how you were, which is exactly the kind of personal touch that makes a stay memorable. The location is ideal: you can enjoy total peacefulness or take a short walk into the lively atmosphere whenever you fancy it. Perfect balance. The evening entertainment isn’t the strongest, but that’s easily solved — just head about 60 metres down the road to Spectrum, a cracking little pub with a great vibe.We also hired a buggy from Georges, right opposite Spectrum, and managed to explore loads of the island again. The hospitality from the businesses in this area is honestly 10/10.Overall, highly recommended — friendly people, great food, perfect location, and a place that keeps you coming back.
