Pool

Our second visit to this hotel booked through easy jet holidays.
From bag drop,flights and private transfer all went to plan and on time.
This hotel is typically a four star hotel with five star location and service.
Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking the bay , superb and was kept immaculate by the maids.
A special mention to the general manager who was always on hand , more than happy to answer any questions and loved to recommend special dishes in the restaurant,he is obviously very proud of his hotel.
Last but not least a special mention to Marianna and George the bar tenders you are both such lovely people who take great pride in looking after your guests.
Thank you all for such an enjoyable holiday.

Superb again

The hotel is lovely. Situated right on the beach and with a beautiful swimming pool. 

The down side was the food. We were on an all inclusive basis. The hot food was generally cold. There was a good selection of salads, which stayed the same most days. Being a coastal resort we expected the fish selection to be better. The fish that was on offer, fried and baked, was always over cooked and mushy. It wasn’t nice.

Disappointing food.

Just returned from this hotel on the 21st August, our stay was for 10 nights we enjoyed ourselves, beautiful place Cyprus and we always go to Protaras, but unfortunately we've had a mishap on leaving the hotel were we've left by accident a small plastic bag of necessary medication and a few gifts in the reception area and Ive tried to contact the hotel 3 times and no one has had the decency to reply to my email requests. Very disappointed.

Let down by lack of communication

This is the second year running that we have visited this hotel, the staff are the most friendliest and remembered us from our previous visit. We were welcomed to our our room with a welcome back card from staff and a bottle wine. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and it was spotless!! You recieve a towel card for the sunbed and you can change these every other say. Spa treatment are an added extra you can purchase but are definitely worth treating yourself. 

A family firm favourite

Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel. 8.8 - 23.8 Aug.We were AI and had 2 rooms that where cleaned daily, fresh clean towels and maid was very thorough Had the most beautiful view of pool and beach from our room. Food was was great. Lots to choose from at breakfast, lunch and supper ❤️ Pool was lovely, not over crowded and the pool bar staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Can definitely see why Mariana won in 2023, she deserves to win again. You did have to get up early to get a pool side sunbed but well worth it to see the sunrise across the sea..just stunning. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, from cleaners to the boss. Catering staff work extremely hard to present what they did...I need to go on a diet now!!
I'm sure we will return. Thank you all again 😘

Lovely Hotel

This lovely hotel is in Protaras, right on one of the best beaches on the island of Cyprus, right on the Protaras board walk, and just 3-4 minutes walk from the Protaras main strip. This accommodation offers a total of 141 bedrooms and suites. The hotel has 3 bars and 3 restaurants, and its own Health club and beauty centre, with an indoor pool and a Gym. Pets are not allowed at this establishment. Vrissaki Beach Hotel follows environmentally sustainable practices.
