Disappointed of Surrey

Review by jon80y London, United Kingdom

Stayed here several times. Worse stay ever. Food is mostly inedible, short staffed...

Bar service very poor. An all inclusive hotel.....but you have to hire tv remote for the room and wifi access not included. Plus point is nice pool area, made awful by the ultra loud eastern european techno music being thrased out of a sound system that was purchaed 20 years ago. Broken tiles around the pool, the hotel is not tired it is in a coma and the kindest thing would be to euthanaise. Not very good at all and we will not be coming back again

We are at the Ascos we have stayed a couple of times before and it WAS a very nice hotel. This year however the food is atrocious and the bar staff think they at a rave with very load monotonous music

Great hotel

I read previous views, people are always moaning about something 🙄 hotel was great, room perfect and the food was absolutely gorgeous! Staff friendly. I'd come back! All facilities were really good, reception dealt with any queries. Lots of sunbeds, plenty of space around very large pool...

Plenty for little kids including Small playground and fountain paddling area.

Definately needs upgrading

Review by eilymar Scotland, United Kingdom

The food was very poor. The drinks were local & not branded.. The pool area was nice, but lots of broken sun beds....

The pool water was clean and the view amazing especially at night. Our cleaner was overworked, even so our room was always cleaned... Reception were all lovely especially Alexandra & all were very helpful... Can't say the same for the bar staff who mostly complained about their working conditions and wages .. Will not be returning..Sorry but this Hotel is a poor 3*

Below average, not satisfying

Review by adamkE4702IG Warsaw, Poland
  1. Building - definitely needs some renovtion. If you want to feel like in 90s - you'll enjoy it. 2...

Rooms - very, very dirty. We've found some fingernails and earbuds under the bed. Housekeeping does not exist - in terms of cleaning the rooms (those fingersnails and earbuds stayed with us for an entire week). We also had some ants in the room. Have I already said the rooms are very, very dirty? Plus we had A LOT of dust. 3. The welcome "dinner" (ham sandwich) we haven't eat stayed at the corridor for 4 days. 4. Slovak bartenders were very polite and friendly and that's why you receive 2 stars instead of one. 5. Food - very poor vegetarian options, same breakfast and lunch everyday. Food in geenral was below the average, smetimes it was good.

If hotel management reads that review - please consider changing your attitude towards your guests, because as for me - there's no mangement at all.

People saying that this hotel is 5 STARS have never been into a good hotel - if not because of the view, I would give it a one star.
