Wedding here October 2021 - Perfect!!!

Review by H2634JSrobertf United Kingdom

This hotel was fantastic. The staff here (particularly Anita and Lisa) go right out their way to make sure everything is perfect. We had 60 guests at this hotel for our wedding and there were no complaints...

The entertainment could be better however I think this is just down to the fact that COVID has sent a lot of the islands entertainers back home as they weren’t expecting the season to open again this year.

The food is fine. There will always be something for you to eat and if there’s not the staff are always helpful to find a solution. I would say perhaps a bit more choice for the kids corner at meal time a couple of our wee ones got fed up with fish and chicken nuggets.

The drink is what you expect from an all inclusive holiday, they don’t do premium drinks it’s all local but the bar staff are happy to find a drink you’ll like!

The hotel cleanliness is 10/10. We had a swim up room and loved it.

The wedding was sensational. All of our guests where delighted by everything!!! The photos are sensational too.

Overall I would absolutely return to the hotel. Based on all of the above. So massive well done to Lisa, Anita and the crew for giving us the perfect fortnight.

Brilliant

Review by IAIN H Towcester, United Kingdom

We have just returned from a great holiday at this hotel. It was faultless. The staff were always helpful and coutious and nothing was to much trouble...

The cuisine was really tastey with a wide choice of international and Greek. We could not fault it. We also ate at their Greek Tavera, and this was also very good. One word of advice if eating there - be very hungry ! The food keeps on coming. The room was spotless, and we could not find anything to complain about. The only word of alert that I would make is because of one ways routes (I assume due to Covid) that there were stairs to get to the pool.

A lovely holiday

Review by MrsG2704 Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom

I was extremely apprehensive about this hotel after reading some of the review online! But we honestly cannot really fault this hotel or its staff we have had a lovely 10 day stay!!! The staff are friendly we arrived late at night, there was food available for us, we had a stocked mini bar in our room, bottled water and tea and coffee was provided in the room every day! Housekeeping comes every day and we always got fresh towels! You can get towels for the pool everyday too!! The food: breakfast is amazing so many choices all beautifully cooked! Lunch and dinner are ok, the selections get abit more random at these times and sometimes it can be hard to find things to put together to make a meal but its all cooked well!! Sometimes the food can be abit cold depending on the time you get to the restaurant. The kids food is the usual pasta, pizza, nuggets and chips but they can always eat off the main buffet!! The a la carte italian restaurant on the rooftop is incredible and the food is out of this world and its all included in the all inclusive. Masks are mandatory inside and out at the hotel but alot of people don’t bother which is abit annoying! There were several weddings here during our stay and dispite other reviews saying they cause lots of disruption they don’t really it usually results in one of the pool bars being closed but it didn’t have any impact on our holiday! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are big and clean, the pool area is huge and the hotel backs on to the beach so the views are incredible! There is also a water park and a really good kids club! We would 100% stay here again, the only issue is the hotel location, it is miles away from anywhere so its taxi’s (which can be quite expensive) or a bus. You can get a bus right outside the hotel to the paphos harbour or coral bay for 1.50€...

Would i say this hotel is a 5 star? Probably not but most definitely a 4! We have had a fantastic stay, the weather has been incredible we would 100% recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a really good family holiday!!

Amazing hotel with fabulous staff

Review by JulesEdeson

So as many others I was also slightly apprehensive about visiting the hotel. How wrong was I. Absolutely amazing. My only negative was the food in the buffet restaurant was warm and not hot. Other than that, my husband and I had no complaints whatsoever...

Our room was on the fifth floor looking out to the sea. Noise wasn't an issue at all. Food was plentiful and quickly replenished. Sometimes getting a drink was a bit slow however I would imagine this is due to staffing levels but hey you're on holiday; there's no rush. I certainly recommend experiencing the Greek restaurant on an evening. The food was delicious. We visited The Spa for a couples Swedish massage and I also had a manicure, both very reasonable priced. There is a shop at the hotel which has a large array of necessities and holiday buys, again good prices. Finally the staff. All very polite, professional and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are very good are reminding people to wear their masks when indoors. Special mention to big Harry who we got to know well, telling us about his family. Don't hesitate to book; you will not be disappointed.
