Cap St Georges Hotel and Resort

Was a fabulous stay. The staff were amazing and nothing was to much trouble especially the receptionists staff. They were extremely helpful. I would like to say an extra thank you to Daniela on reception who went above and beyond. We had someone in our party who had Parkinson disease and Daniela was very kind and helpful when they were not having good days. Nothing was to much trouble. Daniela is a credit to your company.

Well, what can I say about the Cap St. George’s Hotel? A lot, actually. :)

1. The accommodations are beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel rooms have beautiful views of the resort and the ocean beyond.
2. The gym is well-equipped with Nautilus machines, a variety of cardio machines (multiple treadmills, two ellipticals, a Stairmaster, two bikes, a free-running treadmill), free weights, exercise balls, kettle bells, squat racks with barbells and plates, and universal machines. We were using the gym every day and did not have to wait to use the equipment (even with a national FC team in there working out as well!).
3. The thermal area in the spa was excellent. We used that area several times during our stay as well. The men’s and women’s change rooms have free programmable lockers with free spa robes, towels, slippers, and shampoo and conditioner to use while there. There are also private showers and prep areas with hairdryers in the locker rooms. The thermal area itself has a large heated indoor pool, several quiet relaxation areas with comfortable lounges, a large dry sauna (approximately 75-80 degrees), a steam room / hammam, an aromatherapy room with heated tiled benches (approximately 40 degrees), and a cold plunge pool worthy of a Canadian winter!
4. The pool and cliffside beach areas were quite beautiful. The pool area is quite clean, the day beds comfortable, and the umbrellas large enough to cast enough shade if need be. Having bar service that can be hailed directly from the lounge beds is pretty fabulous as well! The cliffside beach area has some beautiful views of the ocean that can be enjoyed from day beds or bean bag chairs as well.
5. The quality of the food at Bonsai, Sapori, Yeronisos, and the Chroma Lounge and Lobby Bar was excellent. Bonsai, in particular, became our favourite. We ate there all but one evening out of our seven night stay, and that was only because the restaurant was closed that day!
6. The staff were, in our estimation, the absolute best part of the entire resort. The valet staff and the front desk staff (I wish I could remember their names!!) provided us with an incredible welcome. At Bonsai, Alex (the cocktail wizard!), Antonis, Tamar, Maria, Chandra, Sadi, at the Chroma Lounge, Yoginder (another amazing cocktail creator!), at Sapori, Nadiia, and at Yeronisos, Sadi, Zubair, Elpis, Christian, Aga, Chandra, and Nadiia were absolutely fabulous. They all made us feel so welcome to be there and were always happy to provide us with great suggestions for food and beverages. Whomever it is that was responsible for hiring these folks should be commended. They are definitely the kind of people that should be representing the Cap St. George’s brand. If we ever have an opportunity to return, it will primarily be because of them. Well done!

My children and I had a wonderful stay at Cap St Georges. We really enjoyed the entire experience, and one of the highlights was the virtual golf, which was so much fun. I would definitely recommend trying it in the evening after dinner — we had a great time and it was such a lovely way to end the day.
