Have just returned from 2 fantastic weeks here .
Beautiful and peaceful, very relaxing, and a perfect place to recharge your batteries.
There are a few things that need fixing , our room did need a bit of a refurbishment, yet they are kept perfectly clean and have everything you need . Breakfast is very good with a lovely range of items , but maybe a change in the warm items would be nice and really not fond of the coffee . However none of this stopped us from having a wonderful time . Already booked for next year
Stayed here early Oct, weather variable, but still hot with plenty of sunshine. The hotel and rooms are a tad dated but spotless, kudos to housekeeping. The hotel grounds are a joy, with fruit orchards, olive groves, and herb gardens all providing the kitchens with produce, beautifully kept so hats off to the super gardeners. Meals are good, although limited veggie options and drink prices are as expected. The ethos and green credentials are its USP, pools are chemical free, with solar powered filtration, repurposed waste water etc and were a big plus for us. This is a quiet hotel, it does not provide entertainment, which we liked, but some may not. A couple of points to note. Air con is dated and loud, and it is too warm to have patio doors open so nights were hot or noisy. Check menus through the week, as we were unaware of a la carte opps and set menu days. Swim footwear is recommended as the beach is stony on the approach to the waters edge. Polis is a nice 20 min walk with supermarkets and kiosks for drinks and snacks. Latchi is a pleasant 50 mins coast walk (and a must for the boat hire). If hiring a car, go to town or prebook online. All in all, a lovely introduction to Cyprus.
The Natura Beach Hotel is very peaceful and very beautiful.. We had a room overlooking the fruit orchards, the room was fine, it was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean, the bathroom was a little bit ‘tired’ but spotlessly clean and had fresh fluffy towels every other day. The hotel public rooms were all very clean and in good order, all the staff were friendly and always had a smile and a great attitude! The grounds of the hotel were immaculate as were the two swimming pools, lots of sun lounges were available with no problems getting one ever! If you don’t fancy sitting by the pool there’s a well kept huge lawn leading down to the beach..when we were there the beach had many turtle nests on it. The ethos of the hotel is being in harmony with nature and the hotel is proud of that ethos, it produces much of its own food products e.g. make’s it’s own cheeses, jams, marmalade’s, honey, bread and cakes..we were on B and B and breakfast was buffet style and absolutely delicious, we had lunch most days and it was always very good.. The hotel is about 1k from Polis we walked it there and back every day, the walk was along a country lane and it was flat apart from a bit of a hill towards the town, we had a torch for the walk back.. I mentioned the ethos of the hotel is being in tune with nature, we were there in late August early September and the amount of migratory birds passing over the bay and the hotel was incredible, the highlight was a flock of 20 flamingos flying 30 meters off the beach at head hight.. One last thing, the owners of the hotel have breakfast every day at the hotel and they liked to sit by the lawn watching the sun go down in the evening. We had many lovely conversations, Dr Christos (the boss) is a highly educated gentleman with a gentle manner who will answer any questions regarding the nature and wildlife around his hotel…what a guy! We shall visit again 100%.
My partner and I have just returned from the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The hotel oozes serenity and advocates a restful and relaxed atmosphere. It is based in a peaceful location and definitely NOT for those looking for loud nightlife, boozing and nightclubs. There is no evening entertainment. The rooms were simply furnished but functional with TV, safe, hairdryer and a small fridge. Everywhere was kept very clean and there was room service every day. The food was great with ample choice. The staff were very polite and professional and couldn’t do enough to help us. It was quiet and very peaceful the whole time and there are 2 pools now, not just the one. There are extensive lawns down to a stone and sand beach which stretches the full width of the hotel grounds. If I had to make any complaint, it would be to please change the shower feed tube to the shower head in room 32. We also found the water was very cool in the mornings, until it had heated up after sun up! We have already booked to come again next year.
What a lovely relaxing location to stay, so peaceful but enjoyable with good food and friendly staff 😊 pools kept immaculately clean with the beach right in front of you so have the best of both worlds, sun, sea and sunshine 🌞 and your rooms serviced every day
