Wonderful Location!

Review by discoverbellavista

We had an amazing time at the Pinnacle. The staff was so helpful with where to go and what to do. They seem to really enjoy their job and always have a smile on their faces...

We really loved Edgar and he was especially helpful to us! We would definitely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The good, the bad, and the ugly

Review by N_Tatyana Raleigh, North Carolina

Hotel looked entirely different upon arrival and not in a way of a good surprise. We arrived at 2am due to the flight delay from Crete (btw on Crete apparently they didn’t announce delay, just didn’t show up at the gate). I was exhausted but even then the smell in the room we have got wasn’t musty but more like several days rotten meat...

I have to say that front desk manager promptly not only found another room but upgraded it. It was the huge difference and I was more than happy with such turn of events. The view of Athens’s from new room was incredible. Breakfast is ok but staff acted very strange at the dinning room. They serve the most awful coffee I ever had and when I asked if they have cappuccino machine she simply walked away!!! However on the day of departure I was standing in line to get a food and right there at me was starting not just cappuccino but also chocolate, expresso double expresso and etc. machine. I don’t know if anyone saw it as everyone was drinking either nasty coffee or tea SERVEd. They told me right away on the first day in a rather very rude manner “WE ARE BRINGING YOUR DRINKS…SIT” I got it by myself. And no one would stop me.

Great place to settle for visiting Athens

Review by 288eliasf

Loved the hotel location and the friendly service. Very helpful at the front desk with anything that I needed. They went the extra mile and then some...

Perfect location to visit the archaeological sites in Athens on foot. I did not need a car in Athens. Great location at Syntagma Square. Very safe and easy walking access to Plaka and many other wonderful locations. Great base for visiting Athens for several days. Easy access to the X95 bus to Athens airport. Couldn't ask for more.
