The hotel is situated in the village of Bali at a distance of 45 km East from the Heraklion city and 37 km from Rethymnon. Guest can easily reach both cities by bus, as the bus stop is just 500m away from the complex.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Our vacation at the hotel lasted 10 days. I want to say that everything was very good.The hotel is very clean, the room was cleaned every day.We turned to Argiro at reception more than once and always received excellent assistance.The food was always fresh and delicious. Thank you so much to all the chefs and waiters, they are great.❣️❣️❣️
Lovely hotel, we truly recommend it ! it was our 2nd time here, we like it so much that we already booked it for 2027 💝 .can't wait to come back next year !
We are currently staying at the Atali Grand resort and despite all the favourable comments we are finding the food below average. The biggest issue is the supposed hot food isn’t hot, it’s barely warm in fact. The hot drinks are bland also. So far disappointed.
Very nice resort, super good and friendly personal. Beach is ok for kids
