Great location close to the beach. The vibe is boutique and the rooms are excellent. The staff are very friendly especially Katerina who always went above and beyond to assist us.

I recently visited Greece for my nephew’s wedding on the 1st August and decided to book the Hyperion City & Spa Hotel in Chania Crete, based on the positive reviews from Trip advisor. I have to say my experience at the hotel was brilliant. Upon arrival my sister and I received the warmest welcome with a genuine smile from Catherine at the front desk. Checking in was seamless, Catherine was professional, polite, pleasant and truly amazing. Plus, the delightful bonus of receiving a welcome drink/cocktail voucher.
When entering my room 101 it was exactly as the pictures online and was spotless, modern and spacious. Throughout our nine days stay, both my sister and I had the pleasure to receive such quality customer service from Catherine, Helen, John and Peter at the front desk. Nothing was never too much to ask and they always provided a first-class service every time. They are all such a great asset to the hotel and made our holiday extra special.
Breakfast was included and delicious, with the option to have both a hot full English and Continental breakfast. The décor throughout the hotel is of a high standard, stylists and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The overhead power shower was perfect with a nice complimentary shower gel. Housekeeping was excellent everyday and fresh clean fluffy towels. The location is perfect as the hotel is only a short 10 mins walk from the busy Old Town/Harbour. Therefore, no noise level when in my room.
The hotel was definitely great value and the staff were perfect. Many thanks again, Catherine, Helen, John and Peter.

Super for a long weekend in Chania
Very nice location just 50 metres from the Kum Kapı beach and waking distance from the famous old port of Chania! Breakfast was OK, our room had a great view to the sea
