We felt right at home. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were excellent; we would especially like to thank the breakfast staff.
Beautiful and peaceful hotel
Very clean and at the centre. The staff were warm and very helpful. The breakfast is nice with good spread.
Marvellous central location
A friendly welcome plus a complimentary cocktail was a lovely start. Our suite was spacious and well equipped with complimentary wine, cakes, water and Nespresso machine. There was also a large balcony overlooking the Chania market. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet and well soundproofed. We had a very comfortable sleep followed by an absolutely delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. If you’re looking for a very centrally located, comfortable and friendly hotel do not hesitate to book here. Our only regret was that we were only here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer…but will definitely return.

Great city hotel!
The hotel was amazing! The location is very good, its within a short walking distance to the old town. The valet parking was easy and worth the money. The breakfast was very good as well. The rooms are nice but thin walls. We got woken up a few times by our neighbours but the reception handled extremely well! The beds were okay, not the comfiest. Overall our stay was very good and worth the money!
Also one of the receptionists, Alexandros made our stay very pleasant!
One of the best hotels I stayed!
Kydon, The Heart City Hotel - Good location, very clean and comfortable room. Well appointed bathroom. The breakfast was excellent! Had a great variety of breakfast food! White tablecloths, individual teapots, overall a beautiful breakfast room! The staff, especially the breakfast staff were the best I have encountered.
