We’re here now been coming since 2017 the bedding is change every two days the staff are very friendly & helpful the pool is lovely sunbeds always available food is fresh salads from own farm evening food is good & tasty there’s always something for everyone toilets down stairs have been upgraded & are lovely clean although there is a busy road outside it’s passable when taking your time new chef cooks everything by hand

This is our 8th visit its just like coming home We get a great welcome back always from the staff The food was quite good and tasty , not a lot of variety but very good for 3 star. The rooms always clean towels replaced every 2 days. Pool always clean no fight for sun beds either The toilets downstairs for public have had a make over and look a lot better With motion lighting also This is a great hotel for a nice relaxing break Yes it is near the main road but it is cross able at the crossroads. Our family followed us to this hotel to see why we love it so much and they love it too The staff always friendly from Kateriba at the reception Manos at the bar and In restaurant in morning and Emanuel in restaurant in evening. We will be back

Worst hotel I’ve even stayed at
I am absolutely disgusted. The standard of cleanliness is none existent. The food is disgusting. The room I was in was falling apart, cracked tiles all throughout the bathroom. Told me not to sit on the bed for the first hour I was in the room because I was waiting for someone to come fix it. No TV, No aircon (unless you paid 8€). All inclusive is absolutely shocking drinks selection. And even worse started our holiday off without a room. They said we could sleep on the sofa in reception until it was sorted (this took them until 14:30. I arrived at 04:30am) waiting 10+ hours for a room, so no access to tend to personal hygiene, no saftey for my belongs.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not go! Minimal food and not labelled! Wild cats will jump on the table. Staff are awful apart from receptionist. Nothing is clean and no effort made. Rooms are basic and extra large for air con 8 euros per day. All inclusive is a con.. bar isn't open until 11 so will have to pay for water! Also no spirits until 730pm another extra charge. Was not worth it at all! Hated the hotel. Not even a local beer and only one choice as with wine! Got told off for talking on the phone at 11pm in my room being loud. Terrible place. I watched the kitchen staff come and get shots for to young women on their own who asked me to step in. There was I light right above your head in bed I cant help but knock. No netting for mosquitos or anything thing else so room will be covered. Just do not go!
despo better than expected
after seeing a lot of negative reviews about this hotel after we had booked it we flew in with trepidation.we arrived late at night but they opened the bar so we could have a drink.the rooms were a little small and dated but perfectly functional.the food was plentiful and some of it was traditional greek which we enjoyed.the hotel bar was well stocked and plenty good enough for our needs.to sum up /if your looking for a five star for three star money forget it/if your looking for a cheap break in a nice family run hotel then yes this is good .
