The best holiday destination in Crete!
First time in Crete, firstly very welcoming, Beautiful hotel, lovely swimming pools and a fantastic room kept clean regularly. The food is fantastic in the buffet style main restaurant and even better on the pool bar/restaurant. The main bar is where it’s top of the list, The staff are extremely friendly and their service is second to none. I can’t express how wonderful they’ve been, Cocktails were the best I’ve had in Europe! Truly recommend this to anyone, singles, couples, families welcome. 10/10 ! !

BOOKED LAST MINUTE WITH THIS HOTEL FOR BB.. REVIEWS HIT AND MISS ON WHETHER IT WAS OK OR NOT. PERSONNAL EXPERIENCE DEFINATELY COULD BE ALOT BETTER. WOULDNT RATE IT AS 5 STAR NOW, MAYBE WAS BUT NOT NOW. STAYED IN A GROUND FLOOR ROOM WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS.
THE ROOM IS DATED AND PAINT PEELING CHIPPED TILES ROUGHLY FILLED IN. RUN HOT WATER IN THE BATH TO RINSE SWIM CLOTHES, WATER CAME OUT BROWN/ORANGE. NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM, NOT OFFERED ONE ON ARRIVAL. ONLY KNEW YOU COULD ASK FOR ONE FROM REVIEWS ON HERE.
CLEANING WHERE DO I START. IN 11 DAYS ALL THE CLEANER DID WAS WIPE DOWN THE BATH AND SINK AND TOILET, EMPTY THE BINS, MAKE THE BEDS, AND SORT TOWELS. NO FLOORS WERE SWEPT LET ALONE CLEANED WITH A WET MOP. THE RESORT IS BIG UP AND DOWN HILLS. AND COULD PROBABLY DO WITH MORE CLEANERS.
FOOD AREA WHERE YOU SIT OUTSIDE NEEDED SWEEPING AS HAD GLASS FRAGMENTS/SPINTERS ALL OVER. NEVER CLEANED OR WASHED DOWN AT ALL IN ALL THE TIME WE WERE THERE.
RESORT BIG IF YOU DONT WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE, AS SISSI ABOUT 20/30 MINS WALK AWAY. ONLY 3 SHOPS QUITE EXPENSIVE, ONLY WENT IN ONCE THE FIRST DAY FOR WATER AND COUPLE OF OTHER BIT.
IF YOUR BB, AND WANT EVENING MEAL IT 35 EURO EACH FOR BUFFET. FELT THIS WAS QUITE EXPENSIVE FOR SELECTION OF HOT AND COLD BUFFET. FOOD IS NICE. TEA SPOONS AND TEA POTS ARE LIKE GOLD DUST. LUCKY IF YOU FIND EITHER.
STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IF YOU WANT TO DO NOTHING THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU, AS NOTHING ELSE AROUND.
WE LIKE TO JUST HAVE WALK AROUND THE AREAS WE HAVE GONE TOO.
Fantastic Holiday Destination
Fabulous resort with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Best buffet for breakfast and dinner we’ve ever had; wonderful selections and all so fresh and well prepared. Good idea to book half board though as it does get expensive at €35pp for dinner (plus wine which is also not cheap). We stayed in a deluxe sea view room which was wonderful, although the block we were in got no sun at all - unavoidable, given the location, if you want a sea view. There’s a mini fridge in the room but no access to ice so drinks on the balcony soon get warm! Great tennis courts, excellent choice of pools and right on the sea shore - just perfect. Will definitely return.
A lovely retreat hotel, great for the whole family.
This is a beautifully built hotel which catered perfectly for all the family from Granny down to the teens and tween. The meals were delicious, the staff were so lovely and helpful and the evening entertainment was great for all, particularly the Greek Bbq and dancing night. We were easily able to book tours for all that we wanted to do around Crete and it was an easy 15- 20 min walk into the cute town of Sissi. The kids loved that the hotel had it's own beach where they could hire pedalos and go on the 'sofa' pulled by the speed boat. I loved that there were open air yoga classes. My only wish was that the massage treatments weren't so expensive. Other than that, I really felt this place had everything. We'd love to come back.
