Not a 4 star Hotel. Do not pay for upgrade room its a scam. All inclusive offer is bad, you will end up spending a lot to eat an
Not a 4 star hotel beware. Standard room ok no need to spend 150 euros to upgrade ( a con ) Food was 2 star at best, the worst 4 star I have seen meal wise. We had to eat out often to get any variety. Spag bol every lunch and dinner. No fresh food even though there was a whole side of service area given to it. ( Burgers, Omlettes easy to make ) Breakfast was shocking luke warm and exactly the same day in day out, no sweet pastries, no muffins. Head chef or catering manager needs sacking there are a lot of cheap meals that are good for large numbers of people but little or no attempt. Thankfully we were put in a separate apartment building that had its own pool as pool by main hotel was bedlam. I should of gone self catering as did not get value at all out of all inclusive. Oh yes you get tourist taxed for a 4 star hotel and get put in an apartment that is not starred at all I wonder if thats why is its cash only and they pocket it from guests not in main building. Also 20 euros non returnable for safe key ( thats a first).
Overall I think this hotel is set up to scam guests much as possible, provide as cheap food and drink as possible. It is obvious that star ratings are never reviewed in this area.

Wonderful hotel with a perfect location, very clean facilities, tasty food, and exceptionally friendly staff. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay from start to finish!

Great hotel, best costumer service, nice food and drinks. Rooms cleaned daily and the staff are so lovely, you cannot fault them. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would also definitely come back.
