Amazing stay. Love this resort!
We will be back! Having stayed at several Axel properties in the past; this one exceeded all expectations and was the most luxurious of them all. The room was pristine, well kept, large and quite gorgeous, the food and views at Skybar were great and best of all was the service. Fillipa in particular was an absolute delight and made our departure memorable. The only regret was how short our stay was. We will definitely come back.
For those who may be used to the old Axel brand: a little darker, spicier and edgier - while it is now a little more sophisticated and grown up, the spirit of inclusion and freedom to be yourself remains. We’re now more fans of this brand than ever before.

Bello ma...lontano da tutto...
Sono un fan degli hotel Axel e questo è molto bello con tutti comfort ma è veramente lontano da tutto. La cittadina di Hernossisos è un buco (10 case) e si può vedere in 1 ora. Tutto il resto è o a Hernossisos nuova o a Heraklion. Hernossisos nuova è a 30 minuti a piedi mentre per tutto il resto ci serve la macchina. L'hotel ha una piscina minuscola. La mia esperienza è stata positiva ma non entusiasmante

Belle structure hôtel propre , situee proche de l'autoroute…environnement en travaux jardins en friches. P’tit déjeuner excellent. En revanche la demi pension réserve par le tour opérateur nous indiqué boissons incluses et bien il n’en est rien tous les boissons sont payantes même l’eau pendant le repas du soir « prix excessif « . Une bouteille de bienvenue offerte comme indiqué sur leur site que nous avons mis 3 jours à obtenir après l avoir réclamé à plusieurs reprise, un manager qui ne daigne pas venir vous expliquer Les conditions de la demi pension. Beaucoup trop de déception et de frustration par rapport à la promesse de départ. Dommage
