Wonderful hotel! Beautiful location, excellent service, comfortable rooms and a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families with children!

An amazing vacation
We extremely enjoyed our week long vacation at the hotel! The family room was spacious and had everything we could possibly need (including a dishwasher and a laundry machine). The cleaning crew does a wonderful and efficient work. The staff is amazing. Everyone is attentive, respectful and professional. We especially valued Doris, who is friendly and hardworking, and met us every day at the pool bar with a smile and great service. The food is very good, fresh and tasty. There is a wide range of variety and something for everyone. The pools, the beach and all the athletic areas are well maintained, and there are so many options to accommodate all ages and preferences. The water park is high level in our opinion. There are two sections, and each has a number of slides, all fast and exhilarating. Hardly any lines! Perfect! We really enjoyed our visit to the Italian restaurant at the hotel. Elena was our waiter, and the food was delicious. Note that there are no lifeguards to be found in any of the pools or the beach. There is one, at the water park.
