Paid £5000 for a week all inclusive on arrival the hotel looked clean tidy well presented Got to our room which we thought was nowhere near 5* star standard furniture old fashioned bed awful tv not even smart tv, bathroom basic looking. And not much storage space The pool areas and bar/ restaurant areas very well maintained clean tidy spot on great drinks great icecream parlour but food in the buffet restaurant and al le carte fell short in our experience choice of set menu at al le carte which wasn’t great food served warm at best. Buffet restaurant for breakfast was good but lunchtime and evening was bland and warm at best again a bit of a mish mash of food choices. Couldn’t get into the lobster restaurant as fully booked then closed for the Season during our break not great choice had to wait for food to be cooked as busy so the tureen’s were empty half the time deserts were limited Don’t bother with the farm experience food was awful meat dry and fatty cats roaming around everywhere the little mezza plates god know what was on them but not enjoyable Best part of the holiday was by the pool fantastic pool area sunbeds super comfy staff lovely food snacks we enjoyed more there than anywhere Only thing had to wait to be served for drinks couldn’t go up to the pool bar an order so sometimes waiting 10/15 minutes for a drink don’t understand that concept I know we’ve been spoilt staying in Dubai over the years but for the money much better quality service standard of rooms that this place It was £3500 at best so felt very disappointed for the money
Great All Inclusive Hotel, great food and great drinks - but more importantly was the wonderful team that make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive right through to getting into the taxi home. Special mention to Nicoli who checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome, made sure we were refreshed before showing us to our room. But the whole team were great and friendly and service was brilliant throughout - from the poolside table service to the bar, restaurant and front of house staff. I’d recommend booking the à la carte restaurants early as they get booked up fast - especially if you are going as a group and want more than one room to eat together (email before you arrive) but the buffet is also a great option with pretty decent quality food…I may have doubled my body weight in 5 days but I enjoyed doing it!
From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff, who kindly took care of our bags and escorted us to reception. We were then shown to our room and were delighted to be informed that we had received an upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. I had booked the Romance Combo, and although unfortunately the weather meant that we were unable to enjoy it outdoors, the staff went above and beyond by arranging everything in our room instead. This thoughtful gesture meant that we were still able to enjoy the experience and made the day very special.
There was also an excellent variety of food options available, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes. Overall, the service was exceptional, the staff were attentive and accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We would be very happy to return and would highly recommend it.
Really enjoyed our 7 night stay mid September, the staff made this a very special experience, food at speciality restaurants was superb, Agreco farm visit being a highlight! Choice and quality of inclusive premium drinks excellent, including bottles of wine from the wine library with the special assistance of the sommelier, Charlotte. Great service and showmanship by the cocktail barmen on the sunset bar also a mention for very attentive waiter service by Michalis from the beach bar. Whilst some of the rooms and public areas are dated, all are immaculately clean. A small issue we had was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction by Grigoris from the management team, excellent customer service, thank you.
We have just spent a fantastic 8 days in the LuxMe White hotel. I was a little hesitant when booking as it isn't the cheapest but I needn't have worried. The hotel is incredibly well run to a genuine 5 star standard of customer service. The restaurants, bars, buffet and the level of additional special little touches (cake and chocolate boutique and a gellateria by the pool!) really ensure that you don't feel you need to leave the hotel. Normally I get bored in this type of hotel but in this case, there was really nothing to dislike and it was large enough to do something different most days. The main pool was especially nice, I used the gym regularly too. We went out to the Agreccofarm restaurant one night and that was also excellent. We chose the smallest standard Mountain View room which was a fair walk from the centre of the hotel. The room was a little small but you couldn't fault the beds, bedding and all facilities in the relatively small space. If you can afford one of the bigger sea facing rooms, I'd go for one of those but to be honest, we only slept there and used all the facilities to the max. Specific mention must go to the staff and the team at the LuxMe White. They are exceptionally customer centric and well trained and it really shows. Nothing felt like too much trouble and they were impressively staffed in all areas. Make sure you book the restaurants but if you can't get in, the main buffet is of such a high standard, you won't feel shortchanged. They even have a sommelier there too so if you like your wine, you are in for a treat. Highly recommended and as a relaxing holiday experience, it was worth every penny.
