Location location location
Spent 10 nights here. Location is great as right on the seafront prom. Shops and restaurants all around. 10 mins walk to the long golden beach and free sun beds. Close to marina and old town. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast nice especially the delicious orange juice. Room was clean, a good size with lots of storage and a large bathroom. There was a very large step into the shower - stepping over the side of a jacuzzi bath. Not ideal for all and future guests should be made aware as this could be dangerous. We paid extra for a sea view room but were disappointed. Our room was very noisy on the first floor over the main road and taxi rank. We saw trees, traffic, tops of boats and masts - just a bit of the sea. Sure this would improve from a higher floor. Staff we met were professional and polite but a more friendlier, personal approach would have been nice especially as we were there 10 days.

Very nice room.clean.good view over the harbor and old town Friendly staff.ok breakfast included.easy admittence to sunbeds at the beach.this will be our preferred hotel in Retymnion in the future.absolutely!

Near the old town and near the beach. The room was comfortable The breakfast and the staff there were excellent The pool was very disappointing - very small in a corner by the reception unused Overall ,a bit expensive for what it is.

Staying at Kyma was a fantastic experience
Staying at Kyma was a fantastic experience. I felt nothing but spoiled here. I had a very beautiful and clean room, with a modern and nice design, a generous balcony with a splendid view of the sea and harbor. The hotel staff is so welcoming, kind, with a smile on both their face and in their soul. Breakfast and dinner were so elegant, with a variety of healthy and delicious food. In addition, the hotel offered fresh orange juice every morning and champagne on Sunday morning. Staying at Kyma definitely completes the wonderful experience of Rethymno, a picturesque city, with touches of bohemian and modern beauty and beautiful people all around. I would be happy to return to Kyma for my future holidays.
