Fantastic, will return
We have just spent 10 nights here, the staff are absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond, everyone is so welcoming. We have had fresh bedding and towels most of our stay here, the food is also at top quality for a 3* hotel,this hasn’t been our first visit to this hotel and won’t be our last. We hope to return in 2027

Cretian pleasures…
I have just spent a week at this hotel in late June 2026 via Tui holidays. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They work so hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy, the food is of a very high quality and there is plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to return in the future. Thank you Anastasia Hotel for a very enjoyable holiday….🌞❤️
Get what you pay for break !
We stayed for 7 nights. Plus side nice pools Plenty of sun beds (although new ones needed) Happy staff who are welcoming. Our room was good but the tiny balcony was poor. Dining chairs not garden chairs and a table. It was very messy with leaves etc and quite dirty. . I think we had the worst outlook from our room (306). Garden was definitely neglected. Down side ..food.Just not my taste..unusual combinations! Sometimes I struggled to eat anything but salad and feta . Couldn’t even have toast at breakfast for 3 days as the toaster broke! It was a stark reminder that you get what you pay for . We booked a last minute deal . Location was ok. 20 minutes to Stalis and 10 minutes to Malia . Fab beach 15 minutes walk away towards Malia . . Thick mattress sun beds Parasol and table for €10. Lovely beach cafe and beer. (La Playa) We spent a lot of our time here. Sea was beautiful and a safe beach for children .

Happy holiday
We had room 313. We had an issue with the air con not working for the first couple of days. They offered us an alternative room until it was fixed. Now it’s perfect, brand new unit. The room is spacious, bed enormous, shower very powerful and a balcony with a sea view. The room was spotlessly cleaned, towels lovely and fluffy and the staff are amazing. There is a 15 minute walk to the beach but we thought it was worth it. We loved it here ❤️

Very nice hotel. Evening meals could be better.
We checked in to a larger room than we expected which was a pleasant surprise, there was 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fridge but it lacked a seating area, which we would have used at lunch time as we stayed half board. The pool and bar area was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was good but evening meal options were lacking compared to other half board places we have stayed, so keep that in mind if you are fussy. The food was also luke warm. They did put on a BBQ one night which was lovely. It is easy enough to go through the underpass to get to the bars and restaurants, which are available about a 10 minute walk away, but the centre of both stalis and Malia are a good 20-25 minute walk away. We didn't mind this as we preferred the quieter places in tbe middle anyway. Overall a nice stay but i'd plan to eat out on an evening next time.
