Ikos Oceania

I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. My daughter and I stayed for five days in June, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. The resort not only met our expectations but surpassed them. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, the staff were exceptionally attentive and always willing to go the extra mile, and the food was simply superb. Every aspect of our stay reflected the high standards the resort is known for. It truly lived up to the hype, and we left with wonderful memories.

This was a wonderful holiday for both of us. Everything about this hotel was first class. Both being over seventy, we wondered about how we would cope with the hillside location but there was no need to be concerned. We walked to most places but when we found it difficult the buggies were always on hand to assist, and the drivers were cheerful, friendly and very helpful. All the A La Carte restaurants were great and the food and wine delicious. Added to this the Flavours buffet offered so much choice with everything fresh. The pools were clean, warm and with plenty of beds. Service at the pools was faultless and to be given fresh watermelon at your sun beds was a treat. We even found that the surprise mocktails were excellent! Of course, the quality and selection of alcoholic drinks never disappointed either! The attention to detail here is a credit to Ikos in every respect and nothing was ever too much trouble for the wonderful staff team. Everything we’d read about the staff here is true. Polite, helpful and with a great sense of humour. Returning for our fourth consecutive holiday at this wonderful hotel we have nothing but good things to say starting off with there staff which are the backbone of any hotel and here nothing is to much trouble. The staff are young, happy, positive and always look as though they are really enjoying there job. This alone sets them apart fro other hotels. We have always had a Junior Suite with a sea view which we love and the maids always keep the rooms looking immaculate. All the restaurants are special and offer a wide variation of dishes from around the world accompanied by a huge selection of inclusive wines. Whilst there are numerous pools to choose from we are beach people and we love the sun beds, swimming and general service offered by the beach staff who are always cheerful and happy to please with both there food and drinks service which is quick and seamless. Whilst we were thinking of trying another IKOS hotel next year we have decided to return to the IKOS Oceania because we know we will have another memorable holiday, thank you, Andrew Loch.
