Ikos Oceania

This was our first time in Greece, what a fantastic stay. All the staff,too many to remember all their names, we're brilliant,kind,friendly, attentive and excellent knowledge of the the food and drink. We did manage to visit the beach and the beach restaurant again very good.
Although the weather was very hot the room was nice and cool.
The holiday was excellent so much so we have booked again through our travel agent this time for September. Well done Ikos Oceania.

Excellent Holiday

We had the best of stays at Oceania. The hospitality from the team working at Oceania was superb. The food is really good (we think that the French restaurant was the best) and we had dinner at all restaurants except Flavors. 
We went to the beach everyday as the pools were a bit crowded and we prefer swimming in a crystal blue sea before swimming in a pool. The service at the beach was also top. 
The only minor thing that might could be something to complain (not a very big complaint) was that the cleaning team didn’t walk the “extra mile” as everyone else in the team at Oceania. 
We must give an extra shoutout to Dimitris at the deluxe Concierge that welcomed us in a personal way and really made us feel welcome, 
But the biggest star in the team is Thekla, she really looked after us and especially our son Axel (that has a severe allergy to nuts). At every restaurant we went (breakfast, lunch and dinner) she made sure that Axel got 5 star attention. Everyday the  pastry chef fixed a special dessert for Axel (at several other hotels Axel often only can have fruit for dessert) and for breakfast they made sure that he could have the same breakfast as his brothers. At lunch the chefs hand cut Axels fries etc. Everything was done with a smile and nothing seemed impossible. And at every restaurant we went Thekla showed up and made sure that Axel (and the whole family) was happy and everything was in order. 
 We are so happy that we picked Oceania for our stay in Greece. 
I am really impressed with the feel that the hospitality came from the heart and felt honest. To me that is service at a 5 star level.

Truly 5 star hospitality

We are just back from a fabulous week at Ikos Oceania. Our group was a mix of a young couple, one 3 year old child and a retired couple and we all had a wonderful time. 
I have stayed in hotels with larger suites, food and drink as good and equally good facilities but what puts Ikos above all the others is the outstanding staff. Without exception they were all very friendly, professional and always gave excellent service. 
During the day by the pool we were looked after by Angela and Demi who made our holiday so enjoyable 😊. They made my granddaughter feel special, they kept drinks coming to the adults constantly and even sourced something one of my daughters wanted that wasn’t on the menu. They did their job to an exceptional level and I hope the hotel realise this and pass on our thanks. 
We will definitely return.

Wonderful week at Ikos Oceania with the family

Truly magnificent holiday at Ikos this was our third visit to an Ikos resort and again exceeded expectations . The cleanliness was superb with attention to detail from all of the staff responsible for the appearance.
The food and beverage offer again exceptional all of the restaurants have an incredible offer to enjoy and the staff are a joy there customer service is both excellent and natural and nothing a problem particularly LISA who did us proud in the Italian restaurant I have no hesitation in recommending this resort to be enjoyed.

True and Natural Customer experience

This was an all-inclusive holiday with quite possibly the best service we have experienced ever. 

The staff were incredible and nothing was ever too much trouble. 

We visited for my wife's birthday and they pulled out all of the stops to make it special including making a cake. 

We travelled with a 7 & 5 year old and they absolutely loved it too.

Would highly recommend and would love to return.
