The complex is located in Kardamena and is an ideal destination for rest and relaxation. The Hotel was built in 1988. The Hotel was renovated in 2006. The unit has 219 rooms. The complex comprises 23 double rooms, 14 Junior Suites, 6 suites, 11 apartments, studios and rooms 102 63 category Superior. The Hotel is located in the heart of the city. The hotel is a short distance from the main railway station and the central bus station of the city. There is easy access to many alternative means of transport. The hotel is a short drive from the airport. Guests will appreciate the short distance between the Hotel and the most popular entertainment areas in the city. The beach is just a short distance from the Hotel. The Hotel is located a few minutes away from the port. Guests can make use of privately owned parking space.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Was a bit sceptical after reading reviews but we had a fantastic time food was good good & drinks stafff were spot from cleaners to waiters bar tenders would definitely go again
Unfortunately i have had to wait review this hotel because i felt it i reviewed earlier the 'management' would accuse me of black mail. We was so excited to book this hotel , great reviews , great views, great beach etc. On being there i realised alot of the reviews are actually indeed fake , or have been left by mistake for the 5* Mitsis on the same grounds. Food is the worst hotel ive stayed in , ive stayed in 2* and still managed to eat fresh breakfast or fresh salads, nothing here was fresh. All food was swimming in oil. Food was never filled up , so most of the time there was scraps left. For a full week all we ate was the gyros on the beach. (they was actually alright)
By the 'reviews' showing off the other Mitsis hotels , we thought we was able to use the other complex's you are not , and you are made to feel like 'poor ones' and have to stay put in just the family village.
Management even said to us 'its your budget' 'you get what you get' Unfortunately for us we was a package holiday with easyjet , we did not pay cheap! We have an ongoing complaint with them regarding this holiday!
Room - we paid extra for the swim up room , thank god that was good ! well the swim up pool , not the room! Room was dated , door broken in the kids lower bathroom , dangerous Marble table in the kids lower part, broken , dangerous Damp in both bathrooms , and under stairs. Old dated table & chairs on balcony.
Entertainment, wow , not ! Worst ive seen , i watched it to see how many other people was thinking the same as us , i felt embarrassed being there!
I could go on and on but its a waste of time , the fake reviews push this hotel up ! We spoken to several people who agreed with us who left bad reviews , management made them feel low and intimidated when complaining so had to delete reviews whilst on holiday. We are regular travellers & travel monthly, it was our first time in Greece and we used this as a base to see the Mitsis side, never ever again will i use any Mitsis.
Positives : STAFF (part management) - amazing , super friendly , would go out there way ! VIEWS - stunning views of the mountains and sea.
Had the most amazing week holiday here. All staff amazing, very friendly and attentive. Special mention to Elona who went above and beyond. Will 100% return here
Location ok Lovely hotel and staff . Taxi from hotel to Kardamena is 15 Euros Drinks are lovely

This hotel had some positive but a few negatives that definitely let the hotel down. It really didn’t warrant a 4*. The food was adequate but not amazing. We could usually find something to eat but had to resort to plain salad on a few occasions. However, the food was cold or lukewarm on some of the centre food stations. The entertainment staff were useless. Playing a simple game of bingo took half an hour! Darts turned into a massive argument between the entertainment team with one of them storming off (the lady) then shouting at the other 2 guys across the pool. The main bar had rude staff. But the little bar at night the staff there were great, they never stopped working. The lady in the ice cream counter was fantastic. The room was good, plenty of storage and cleaned daily. The beach was good and the pool towels were nice. In my opinion the hotel definitely didn’t warrant the 4 stars but with a few tweaks with better food and entertainment it could be.
