This is a classic holiday resort set in one of the most unspoilt and picturesque regions of Greece, the island of Kos. Situated on the southern coast of Kos, about 2 km from Kardamena village, it embraces 75,000 m² of lush gardens, blended with the natural landscape of the island and more than 5 km of sandy beach, washed by the warm waters of the Aegean. Macedonia International Airport is about 27 km away.
This family club resort with tropical and peaceful surroundings features a harmonious blend of local style and modern architecture. It provides a lounge/satellite TV room, a bar, free wireless Internet access in all common areas and a bicycle rental facility. There are a total of 292 rooms at this club resort, which welcomes guests in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. The resort also features a children's playground and a kids' club.
The rooms are designed in bungalow-style and feature twin beds, air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with a bath or shower, a telephone, hairdryer, safety deposit box and either a balcony or terrace.
Guests are invited to take a dip in the outdoor salt-water swimming pool. Sun loungers with parasols are laid out ready for use, while the nearby beach is sandy. There are motorised water sports available, including waterskiing, windsurfing (licence required), jet skiing and parasailing. Lovely, lovely hotel!
Such a great holiday. We've done lots of all-inclusives over the years so we know what to expect.
Positives - food was great, location next to the beach was superb, rooms were spotless and modern, cleanliness was excellent. The hotel has such a relaxed and laid back atmosphere. There were always sunbeds available at any time of day which I think is quite rare for some hotels.
Special shout out to Cyrus our unofficial waiter in the main restaurant who our children adored and looked forward to seeing every meal time. Also to Noemi who worked in the kids club - our kids loved going along most days.
If I was to be super picky I'd say the water park was a slight disappointment only because it was quite detached from the main hotel and the best slides were out of action for the whole 10 days we were there. Also the waterpark site itself is quite hilly and was very windy at this time of year. However we still really enjoyed when we visited.
The youth programme wasn't that easy to follow so maybe not the best place to go for teenagers - but our 14yo wasn't that bothered anyway.
All in all a fab stay and all our children want to return!

Best memonts
Best holiday in Porto bello beach.so nice and kind staff ,food is super good, nice beach and best for the families ,they have so many activities with the animation team it’s so lovely .volleyball at the beach with Diana #Volleyball time.
What a wonderful holiday!
Fantastic location as right on the beach and only a short transfer from the airport. The hotel is on the flight path but we loved watching the planes and definitely not disruptive. Food was fantastic, loads of variety and very efficient and attentive staff. Noemi at the kids club was incredible! We wish we'd dropped the kids earlier in the week. She settled them and they had the best time. Rooms were cleaned daily, and nothing was too much to ask. I would say very good value for your money and would book again.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous food. The whole hotel is so clean, the staff are very caring. The entertainment was great, especially Andreas.
Great family holiday
Great hotel, staff work really hard, lots of variety of food choices for each meal and good quality. Animation team are great, shout out to Andreas who is absolutely fantastic. Rooms were good and nice balcony. Beach a short walk and the sea is clear.
