I was very exhausted that night when I went there and there was no one to help me

Arrived here for 9 nights couldn't find our booking eventually gave us a room we did not book but moved us the next day. The hotel itself is nice and friendly staff however sort your food out it is stone cold and repetitive. Right the surrounding area is like the Gaza strip absolutely nothing here apart from a couple of restaurants and a 45 minute walk to the village over a busy duel carriageway which is nice enough plenty of restaurants and a few bars. The beach is pebbles and shingles the whole area needs a major investment

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Yannis, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, and his lovely family and staff made us feel right at home. They helped with everything we needed – including arranging transportation to the airport – and took care of so many little details that you just don’t get at big hotels. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended!
