Gennadi Grand Resort

I visited Gennadi Grand Resort as an external guest specifically to dine at the Ouzo restaurant, and I can genuinely say that it was one of the most exceptional dining experiences I have ever had in Greece.

Coming from the United States and having had the opportunity to experience many wonderful restaurants during my travels, I was truly impressed by the quality, creativity, and authenticity of the food at Ouzo. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of incredible flavours. You could really feel the passion, attention to detail, and respect for Greek cuisine behind every plate.

The service was equally outstanding. The entire team was warm, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality elevated the whole experience.

And as for the Chef — I honestly have no words! Absolutely exceptional. The flavours, combinations, presentation, and overall quality of the meal were at another level. This was not simply a dinner, but a true culinary experience and definitely one of the highlights of my time in Greece.

Gennadi Grand Resort should be extremely proud , its Chef, and the entire restaurant team. I would return without hesitation, and I would highly recommend it even to those who are not staying at the resort.

Without a doubt, one of the best meals I have had in Greece. Absolutely worth visiting!

Firstly, I have to say that Gennadi Grand Resort is exactly how a great 5-star all-inclusive resort should be run. From the moment my husband and I arrived to the moment we left, we had such a wonderful experience.

Our room was absolutely lovely and I would especially like to thank the reception team for choosing it for us. Booking a hotel is always a little bit of a gamble – you read the reviews, look through all the professional photographs and still wonder whether the reality will live up to them. In our case, it absolutely did. Our room was perfect and we couldn't have been happier.

Of course, no hotel is completely perfect, and the one point I would agree with from some of the other reviews is the Wi-Fi. It can be quite slow and patchy around the resort and I do think this is something the hotel management should consider upgrading. The gym could perhaps also benefit from a little investment in the future.

That said, these are relatively small points within what was an outstanding holiday experience.

There is so much that Gennadi Grand gets right. The resort itself is beautiful, our room was fantastic, the cleaning team were brilliant, the spa is excellent and the food – day after day – was genuinely outstanding. What really brings everything together, though, are the staff. There is such a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the resort and we were looked after incredibly well.

I would also strongly recommend downloading the Lindos Hotels app before or as soon as you arrive. It makes booking restaurants, bars and activities so much easier. My advice would be to have a look through everything when you arrive and book the things you particularly want to experience.

And don't overlook the main buffet restaurant! The food there is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible amount of choice. We ate exceptionally well throughout our entire stay.

I particularly want to mention Olga, Llias and Jonida, who were wonderful, and also the barman at Grevin, who deserves a special mention because he makes quite simply some of the BEST cocktails we have ever had! 🍸👏 And, of course, a huge thank you to the lovely team who looked after and cleaned our room so beautifully throughout our stay.

Thank you to everyone at Gennadi Grand Resort for making our holiday such a brilliant experience. We left with some wonderful memories and would have absolutely no hesitation in returning.

We had an outstanding dining experience in Ouzo, largely thanks to our server KONSTANTINOS From the moment we sat down, He was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Konstantinos knew the menu inside and out, offered spot-on recommendations for both food and drinks, and made sure our water glasses were never empty. Courses arrived at a perfect pace, and every request was handled with warmth and efficiency. Exceptional hospitality—we will definitely be returning!
