If you are looking for a comfortable holiday don't go here with kids, big slippery rocks in the water, the food is OK but not the best, it's a 4* hotel however there was mold on the roof in our shower and it was leaking, the room very simple, some furniture pieces old and not welcoming, room 5104 is definitely not up to a 4* standard, maybe it's not even 3*...we had to change rooms... also there was no wifi, only in the lobby and beach, annoying - EXTREMELY...not comming here anymore, that's for sure...the water "park" for the kids is old, looks rusty, not a single little slide, nothing...very dissapointed...
The Aegean wellness Spa treatment from Krisa was outstanding and left me thoroughly relaxed.
Lovely hotel friendly staff quiet location ( not much to do outside the resort unless you pay, resort itself has great access to pools though sunbeds could do with a few more as it is height of the season entertainment good but we didn’t access a lot a my son fell sleep early most nights Bar had to queue most nights and been the height of the season you would think more bar staff would be required but apparently not! Room were cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday but the room is in need of update looking very tired and out of date also our room was in need of some repairs on the bathroom on the door frame and door to bathroom and then discovered a nail stick out on the floor from doorstop sticking out of the floor did report but wasn’t fitted Also we requested a room with a bath as my son has autism as is scared of showers which we did get but no plug hole also requested this and didn’t get one ended up using a top of a lid to make it work for us Then on the last day today we were told we could get a late check out they last night when we went to pay for it we were told no they needed our room tried to explain how our son needed a safe space as get too hot and dis regulated but was told no check out was at 11am our flight isn’t until midnight tonight So currently I’m sat opposite the room we had which has remained empty since it was cleaned at 11am so why we couldn’t remain in there for a few extra hours as new guests can’t check in until 3pm made the end of the holiday extremely difficult and disappointing
Proffesional and relaxing treatment by Krisa and Poolo.
We had a nice stay overall, but there were definitely some things that could have been better.
The biggest disappointment for us was the all-inclusive drinks. The choice of cocktails was quite limited, and many well-known cocktails were not included and had to be paid for separately. We expected a little more from the all-inclusive package.
We also had a couple of issues during our stay. One of the excursions we had planned was not well organized, so unfortunately we couldn't take part in it. Our first room wasn't really what we expected either. We had a double bed and a sofa bed, but once the sofa bed was opened, it was very uncomfortable because it was uneven. Luckily, after three days, the hotel changed our room and gave us a much better one, which we really appreciated.
Apart from these things, we enjoyed the food and thought the restaurant was very well organized. Everything was clean, orderly and well managed.
But the real highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team! A huge thank you to the whole team, and especially to Xavier, Giovanni and Weronika, who made our days so much more fun and enjoyable. They were always friendly, energetic and ready to make us laugh.
And a special mention for Movie Night — it was absolutely brilliant and so much fun! Definitely one of the best moments of our holiday.
So, while there are definitely a few areas that could be improved, we still had a good time and left with some great memories.
Thank you again to the entire animation team, especially Xavier, Giovanni and Weronika, for making our holiday more enjoyable!

P.S. Giovanni is seriously good at selling those T-shirts, haha.
