We have recently returned from an 11 night stay at Lindia Thalasa in a triple room . The room was spacious with an enormous king plus bed and a single bed which we did not use . Apartment was clean and we had fresh towels every day . Walk in shower , small kitchenette area which we only used to make a drink in the morning . Fridge was very useful . Had to pay additional fee for the use of the safe . Note pool towels are not provided . Also the bath towels were not very big unless you are a skinny mini, unlike my husband and myself . Breakfast was in the breakfast room and a selection of hot & cold food plus pastries . I would have preferred more fresh fruit rather than tinned peaches , pineapples and fruit salad but adequate selection. Use of any pool by any of the three sister hotels . We preferred to use Island Blue pool as quieter and not as many children . All pool areas were clean and tidy and no struggle for beds . We ate at Meze on first night as we were tired from an early flight . Great food and good service but we were the only 2 diners at 8pm. Not many hotel guests seem to use this restaurant which is a shame . Many great restaurants within a short walk from the hotel . We enjoyed Philosophia ( need to book ) and Artemis among others . We didn’t have a bad meal during our stay . The biggest shout out to Stephanie on reception who was an absolute star . She helped us book a catamaran cruise and the boat to Lindos . She even offered to bring us beach towels from home . A great asset to the hotel . Given the girl a rise !! Would highly recommend this hotel and the area of Pefkos . We might try staying in Island Blue next time .
Recently back from 2 weeks at this resort, which was just fabulous. All the staff here are wonderful, hardworking & cheerful, especially Stavros & Maria (reservations). It's like a little family here - same staff each year which is just lovely. Breakfast is excellent - everything you could possibly want & more with a hot & cold buffet provided plus fruit & breads etc..
Our apartment was spacious and clean, with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Housekeeping was amazing too. There are plenty of nearby restaurants & bars within walking distance & also plenty of bars on site offering drinks at decent prices & delicious bar snacks during the day.
The pool at our resort was large, with plenty of sunbeds, but as there is a children's pool at the back, it tended to get busy & noisy. We deliberately booked OUT of the UK school holidays but there were lots of younger, pre-school tots there. So we went to one of the other 5 pools at the resort most days.
The weather in June & early September is too hot for us, so we've booked again for the end of September/beginning of October next year when hopefully it will be a more tolerable climate for us.
If there is anything that can be improved upon for us it would be to provide larger bath towels, a small pot of washing up liquid & sponge & either a plug or bowl to wash up dirty dishes. We had to manage by rinsing under hot water or by boiling the kettle.
We've just returned from a great weeks holiday at this lovely hotel and we've nothing but praise for it.
It's a perfect small/medium hotel (about 100 rooms in believe?). Close to a small bit very nice beach. The village of Pefkos looked quite nice and it's just a relatively short bus or Taxi journey to Lindos. If you want to get to Rhodes town for the day (or night), it's easy to do. We did it by booking a transfer-only excursion which was only about £15.
Unfortunately I managed to injure my foot early in the holiday, which meant that we spent more time at, or close to the hotel than we usually would. This wasn't a great hardship as the hotel is immaculate and the grounds beautifully maintained, with a large pool, an abundance of sunbeds and a poolside cafe/bar providing a great selection of food and drink at very reasonable prices.
We had a room at the top floor of block D (the nearest to the pool). It was surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, with great air conditioning and a good sized balcony. It included a fridge and basic self catering facilities if needed. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and ate dinner at restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast was fairly standard fare, but perfectly good.
We ate at the "Meze" restaurant across the road at the adjoining sister hotel a couple of times. Very good food and given that it had a rather nice upmarket feel, not too expensive.
The staff at the hotel, were, without exception, very friendly, professional and helpful. A special mention to Stephanie on the reception desk, who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it and returning in the future
We had an absolutely excellent stay at Lindia Thalassa Resort in Pefkos and honestly couldn’t have asked for more.
A lot of people say to request Block A or B, but we stayed in Block E and it was brilliant — peaceful, perfectly located, and right by the pool, which made everything feel super easy and relaxed. The entertainment was well-managed too, finishing up around 11:30pm, so evenings had a nice balance of atmosphere without going on too late.
What really made the stay stand out were the people. Spirros at the bar kept us well looked after with drinks and always had a friendly word, and Stefanie on reception was amazing — genuinely helpful, welcoming, and great at helping us plan anything we needed during our stay.
The little touches were the icing on the cake: a bottle of wine in the room, Turkish delight waiting for us — small gestures but they made it feel really special and thoughtful. Absolutely phenomenal attention to detail.
Location-wise, it’s spot on — close enough to the beach, sea, and nightlife to be convenient, but just far enough away that you can still enjoy proper peace and quiet when you want it.
We loved it so much we’d 100% go back.
Just returned from another wonderful week at LT. The location is perfect for us, in a quiet spot away from the main road and next to the beach. On arrival our room/block requests were met. We had two rooms both in the same block B perfect location away from the pool bar and with views of the sea. Staff were amazing as usual having received a warm welcome on arrival and special thanks to reception for helping me organise a lovely bouquet of flowers for a special birthday. Grounds are immaculate with lovely flowers in bloom this time of year, the gardener was working hard maintainng the flowerbeds whilst we were there. Rooms are well equipped and bed really comfortable. Air Con worked really well We were given a two bed apartment which was huge for two of us. The only slight disappointment was that on previous visits a cake was supplied when we had a birthday celebration during our stay but this year there wasn't one. Perhaps I should have asked rather than assume. Nevertheless we had a lovely week celebrating a special birthday and we will be back to this lovely place.
