This modern All Inclusive City Hotel is located on the outskirts of the old medieval town of Rhodes, called the Town of Knights. The beach and the city centre with its shops, restaurants and bars can be reached within 15 minutes walking. The ancient stadium and the acropolis are also in the immediate vicinity. The hotel features 141 suites and a 24-hour reception, WIFI, bar, outdoor pool, mini-market and free on-site parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location ok close to old town. In august 26 it was renovation at the hotel, some mess around. Staff was friendly. Small room, clean. Food was middle, sometimes warm dishes was cold. Every day pigeons walking around between tables in restaurant, was unappetizing. Drinks was ok. Pool maybe little small for this big hotel, and few sunbeds. All sunbeds was occupied every day. Totally the value of the staying was ok, 3 of 5 stars.
We arrived quite late on 21st July with a warm welcome by the ladies on reception, where we given our arm bands before booking in so we go for our Evening meal. After checking in my daughter and her family was in the larger family room which was really nice, for myself, husband and Son there was Mistake with the booking with the room which was sorted out by the next day. We had a lovely holiday at the hotel which we found clean, comfortable. Food was good and plenty on offer. The location of the hotel is good as its only a few minutes walk to the towns and harbour, there is also a bus route Close to the hotel if don't wish to hire a car. The pool was only used by my Daughter for a short swim a few times but she enjoyed it. We all said we would be happy to say at the hotel again. We found all the staff friendly and helpful right from the cleaners, waiters, bar staff, everyone who works in the dinning Room. We Really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is 15 min to the old town, we rent a car so it’s was nice, the rooms were nice and they got cleaned everyday. The walls are thin. The staff soooo nice it was pleasant. The food was mid, the breakfast was very lack. The price was good tho. If you are looking only to a good hotel only to sleep I recommend, there was a scooter 🛴 rent next to the hotel so it’s was comfortable.
We visited for 3 nights to celebrate a family birthday . We absolutely adore Rhodes Town so this hotel was an obvious choice. It’s very modern and super clean the reception area is very welcoming. We were quickly checked in and the rooms were ready early which was great after a very early start. We booked a double room and an executive room the executive rooms are huge and well worth the extra money . The double room was lovely very modern nicely furnished and a great city/sea view. Cocktails are great and food was very good although slightly lacking in a choice of dessert and fresh fruit. It’s a short walk to Rhodes old Town and hotel is ideally located in a quiet area. We didn’t find the lack of sunbeds by the pool an issue they do become free throughout the day. There is an area where the children’s pool was that was having a floor over it installed so guessing it’s for more benches/ sunbeds. The pool was lovely and refreshing in the July heat. This hotel is located a short walk from most of the town we visited the seafront area to watch the football it’s a total contrast to the old town but it was a great experience watching from the strip it was very very busy. All the staff are lovely and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely return as it was spot on for what we wanted. We would recommend.
The reception team was really friendly from the moment we arrived during the night with waiters doing the very best job they couldn’t do enough for you and was very friendly and helpful the bar staff was very welcoming and friendly and did a great job we had the most lovely cleaning for room 105 who was so kind welcoming friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and was very trustworthy. Check in was slightly confusing for some who can work the internet great however the reception team was very helpful with this check out was the easiest just had to give back the key card and say you was checking out. The hotel was very clean both inside and outside the lifeguard was changing some dirty poolside equipment but that effected nothing the waiters also ensured pool side area was clean which was also cleaned early in the day by the cleaners. The room was equipped with bathroom which was very clean and good size the door had no lock and was just tinted glass but no air freshener which let that down the bedroom was fairly ok could have more storage and you could separate the double bed the balcony had no privacy from the poolside from our ground floor apartment tho. There was many shops near by and tourists attractions and beaches all 5-15 minutes walk cab fair roughly 10:50€ which the reception can book for you. There was hardly any noise from outside areas one bad thing was drilling during our stay there was works being done early in the mornings which wasn’t the best. Greek style evening entertainment and the lobby was normal people sitting around. The trip did feel worth it overall good taste of food and amount of food and drinks the reception team gave water bottles when asked so very worth it. I would recommend it depending on what type of entertainment your looking for. No extras just the tourist tax that we knew about already.
