Caldera Premium Villas features a sun terrace with swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a Complimentary Enriched Continental Buffet breakfast daily. Staff can arrange bicycle and car rental and offer travelling advice. Armeni beach is a 10-minute walk from Caldera Villas. The bus station, bank, restaurants and shops are a 2-minute walk.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Absolutely stunning views and property. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is incredible. The staff go out of their way to ensure you’re taken care of and make you feel like you’re at home. It’s located near shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are a lot of steps, no elevator.
Want to start off with a big shoutout to the staff, really nice welcome from Diane, and the porters who helped us carry out big luggages up and down steep stairs at all hours of the night for arrival and departure
Overall, no regrets with booking this place, we had a great 4 night stay.
This place is located at the heart of Oia. Please be aware for people with families, elderly people or health conditions limiting exercise tolerance, the hotel is many steep stairs down which means you also have to take the same stairs up every time you want to leave the hotel.
Other than this, the hotel is stunning, we had a private jacuzzi with great views, breakfast made by Anna every morning was really nice. The only little things that bothered me was that the jacuzzi turns off every 30 seconds, and the toilet pools water after every shower.
Daily room cleaning, and they even gave us a little surprise for my wife's birthday celebrations.
My wife and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon and had an awful experience. For starters don't trust the website as the pictures of the property and rooms are very misleading. The access is very steep with uneven rocky steps that even I had trouble walking up & down, avoid if you have any mobility issues. The rooms are not private and some of them are directly on a public access way. The room itself was not what we had expected whatsoever, although great views the room was extremely noisy as the walls are very thin. We had trouble sleeping due to the constant noise from other rooms and the reception area for staff above. Our bathroom was in awful shape, toilet seat falling off, the tile grout in the shower loose and cracked with loose pieces on the shower floor. The room smelled musty and the AC did not work properly. The pool area is also a complete disappointment - no loungers and the pool is tiny and did not look the cleanest. The stay was so bad after one night we checked out and booked another hotel. The hotel made excuses and refused to take any accountability or provide any compensation. Would look elsewhere if you are looking to enjoy your stay in Santorini.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful with an amazing view. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Oia. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
Simply embarrassing!fake photos . They do not sell the truth online.We’ve payed for two equal rooms (not even similar to the one we choose by looking at their website)and they were totally different…one of them really not worth the price)
