An excellent choice of accommodation on the south side of Santorini. Located in Perivolos, which has one of the best beaches on the island with its impressive black sand. Built in local style and just 300 meters from the beach. Surrounded by lush gardens and guarantees guests a taste of authentic Greek hospitality. The city is well connected to the rest of the island and has many taverns and beach bars. All brightly colored rooms have a private balcony overlooking the sea, the pool or the gardens, where guests can relax and unwind in a wonderful setting. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the semi-outdoor area or by the pool. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. Late check-in after 22:30 must be notified to the hotel.

Great holiday
Lovely hotel. Great staff and ideal for an off the track escape. Had a wonderful time. Staff outstanding with assisting trips and transportation. Lovely pool and full bar.

Not a 4* hotel.
This hotel is in a good location, and has great potential. However the cleanliness is dreadful. The bed clothes were old and grey and were not changed in the week. The towels were filthy with stains and were rough and grey. The bathroom had no hook for towels and clothes. There was no toilet roll holder. When the toilet was flushed it left the seat all wet. There was a dirty glass on our balcony when we arrived and it was still there when we were leaving. It took 3 minutes for the cleaner to clean the room. The taps were also filthy. The sink leaked so we couldn’t leave anything near it or it got wet. We mentioned these to the manager and she did try to make amends, however cleanliness should be a top pain any hotel. These may all seem minor but put together they don’t make a hotel 4*.
Wonderful hotel
Amazing stay. So welcoming, spotlessly clean throughout. Spacious rooms, amazing food, excellent value for money. Could not find fault.

Very well presented and kept hotel with a five minute walk to the beach.
The warmest welcome on arrival and the team here maintained that throughout the week. We couldn't have wished for better hosts that clearly wanted to ensure their guests were happy for the duration of their stay.
The pool area was well kept with various sunbeds and seating areas. The breakfast room which doubled up as the bar was just to the side of this with various food options (albeit a somewhat basic menu). The pricing in the bar was good value for the area.
Although clearly quite busy the hotel and surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing but with the benefit of plenty of restaurants/bars within a five minute walk.

Great hotel in idyllic setting.
We arrived 5 hours ahead of check in time and were greeted by Ritsa who offered free breakfast and use of all facilities until our room was ready. After a short walk we visited the black beach where we enjoyed a drink at Dodos. We have never felt more relaxed, comfortable and unrushed. Returning to the hotel we were shown to our delightful room which was equipped with everything needed. The entire venue is immaculately clean and well maintained and Ritsa is incredible, advising us of best places to visit and public transport is nearby and easy to use. An amazing stay at the best hotel we have ever used. Highly recommend for short sightseeing breaks or longer beach holidays.
