This hotel enjoys a superb location, in one of the finest and most cosmopolitan areas of Zakynthos, surrounded by palm trees and colourful gardens. It is situated only 3 km from Zakynthos town and moments from the finest beaches on the island. For those who like to get out and about, the charming area of Argassi is well worth a visit. The hotel comprises of everything guests would expect from a contemporary hotel, delivered with tasteful luxury and unique personal character. Guests will find all they are looking for in each of the exquisitely appointed rooms with provide comfortable accommodation. Guests can relax by the pool or in the mature gardens with their palm trees, or enjoy sports and entertainment with the professional staff. It is also possible to go horse riding.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have been coming here since 2019. Initially 4 of us and now me and my daughter for the last 2 years as the boys want more adventure. It’s not our main summer holiday but we come for 4 nights as a little extra escape. The hotel itself is lovely, as are the staff - be in reception, bar, cleaning. Kitchen - they are all really nice friendly people. Stathis works hard behind the bar and remembers your drinks order and always has a friendly chat. If you drink coffee then his iced coffees are a must! We booked a superior room. It had a large I would say King size bed and as I had forgotten to ask for a twin this was fine as it was big. The room was clean and comfortable with a mattress topper and fresh towels daily (we only stayed 4 nights) and we overlooked the main pool. It was modern and well kept. We did however ask for late checkout and whilst we could have this (for €50) we were moved to the older side of the building which had not been renovated and was old fashioned in 2019 when we first went. The bathroom was soaking so assume there was a leak in there but as we only used this for a couple of hours it wasn’t an issue for us. The receptionist told me that these will be modernised this year when the hotel closes. The food , for me, was great! Loads of salad choice and dressings, always fresh meat and fish and plenty of choice. The first day we went to sooner just as it closed and did worry as not a lot there but as long as you go before the last half hour there was no issues. I tried a lot of new foods and my daughter stuck with the usuals like eggs, fries, vegetables and ice cream but we were both happy and satisfied after every meal. We went to Nonnas for the Greek night and it was brilliant. Food was good and you get 20% off for being hotel resident . Done done dancing and plate smashing and had a giggle . Entertainment team worked hard and I enjoyed the day time especially the water aerobics which they made such a laugh and got loads of interaction. I did however miss the daily quiz which they ran last year at about 4pm just to make you think for half an hour and not just silly games or pool games. Didn’t really catch much of the evening entertainment but what I did see wasn’t that great. Seemed to be another silly game with shouting and running about or a disco karaoke, we left before the quiz night which again is a shame. The sunbed wars are sort of real but I got up at 8 to get at the top pool which wasn’t too bad. Towels are placed and left for hours though which is annoying. There is a lifeguard on duty who was also friendly. All in all we had a great few days here and will definitely go back again.

Location of hotel is excellent. Near by lots of lovely bars and shops. Hotel itself was beautiful. The staff were happy and helpful. In a deluxe room and can't fault it. Pool area was lovely. Was clean and well maintained. Only concern about pool was that the water discolored all light coloured swim wear and towels. We had to through stuff into the bin which was very disappointing. Food was ok, not as huge a selection as some all inclusive hotels we have been to before. Soft drinks available on AI were non branded which was a bit disappointing too.
All in all, I would return and I would recommend this hotel to others
I have recently returned home from the Diana Palace , and I have to admit we have had a wonderful time , we stayed for two weeks each day felt calm relaxing and joyous . The staff are very welcoming and easy to converse with , adding to the atmosphere and the hotel feeling of enjoyment and warmth that they want you there . The food was fresh hot and very enjoyable with lovely salad and desserts. The maids work hard to clean the rooms to a high standard. The entertainment team were friendly and welcoming and asked if you would like to join them and understood if you didn’t want to join in . The bar staff deserve a special mention Anka Ponis and stathis keep the hotel following and are a big part of the face of the hotel . Stathis in particular runs the bar during the day where nothing is took much trouble!!! A shining star for the hotel Reception team are equally a great team nothing too much trouble!! And little touches like taking you to your room on check in , make you feel special and welcome !! Overall I loved this hotel !!! And have booked to come again next year!!! Can’t wait to see you all again soon xx
I’m not going to flag any of the bad points or good as we were lucky enough to get away. Yes there were both. Sadly we didn’t have the full experience this Hotel offers due to COVID. Hence why I’m not commenting. So I know so many were disappointed on our trip with what was on offer, but I don’t think they understood what this hotel/area/country has been dealt.
Some also loved this Hotel and clearly you also get loads of returning holiday makers.
I just want to say thank you to the people who work here, from the hard working bar staff, waiters, receptionist, cleaners and entertainers. You all deserve a medal with what you have to do to try to make holiday makers trips as pleasant as possible under the extreme circumstances.
Everything is reduced due to COVID.
The location is excellent. You have plenty around the Hotel. If you want to go out there’s lots to do.
Enjoy what you can...don’t just look at the negatives. We could of, but we didn’t and loved our week.
