We had a pleasant stay overall, especially thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did a good job. A special thank you to Ioanna at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful when I was not feeling well. Her support was greatly appreciated.

The hotel itself is nicely designed and the beach is very close by. Part of the beach was closed because of turtle nesting, but this did not bother us at all and is, of course, an important thing to respect.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved, especially for families with children. The pool feels too small for the number of guests, and the children’s pool is particularly tiny. Unfortunately, it also did not seem to be cleaned properly during our stay. There was constantly sand and dirt around it, and part of the pool floor was peeling, which did not give a very well-maintained impression.

The biggest downside for us was the lack of activities for children, particularly in the afternoon and evening. There is no real playground, the kids’ splash area closes at 18:00, and the game room is mainly suitable for older children. As a result, there is very little to do with young children in the evening. If you are looking for a quiet, laid-back holiday with not much organised entertainment, this hotel is a good choice. However, when travelling with children, we found it a little boring.

The food was OK, with plenty of choice, although we were disappointed that we could not book the à la carte restaurant. It seems that reservations need to be made well in advance, before arrival, which we did not know. The same applied to Meze.

Overall, a nicely designed hotel with genuinely friendly staff and a good location, but the facilities and entertainment for younger children could definitely be improved.

Same frustrationsas a lot of people really. A la cartes were the biggest disappointment. The unrestricted / unlimited bookings that are advertised are claused by *subject to availability and their availability, it appears, is based on running the restaurants at around a third capacity even when the hotel is at full occupancy. People were being told they couldn't book because there was no space when we regularly saw many empty made-up tables at peak dining times, only to be un-made a short while later. We even took photos! We were refused at the beginning but got booked in for a number of visits purely by luck but we had asked a few times by that point. Dont expect fine-dining (although the Asian was excellent). Buffet alternative was very poor and the Surfer Canteen serves food in cardboard containers with wooden cutlery out of a paper packet.

Pool is not one that you can swim in much as is full of inflatables and balls etc being thrown. It's not a children's pool but felt like it. It's meant to be an everyone pool but we didn't enjoy being in it. Says on the notice that children shouldn't be unsupervised but they regularly were and unruly whilst their parents were relaxing on the beach. Needs an alternative pool for relaxation as the current one can be chaotic for most of the day buts no music until the strangest and unenergetic aqua-gym sessions at 5.15pm with really inappropriate music for a family hotel (same songs every day).

We were lucky to have a nicely located and quiet room but shower room was small and taps, shower and basin were old and worn. General storage was inadequate with wardrobe only tall enough for tops or short dresses or shorts. Long trousers or dresses gather at the base. Only 10 hangers between 2 of us for 2 weeks - we requested more and these arrived the following day. Only 1 drawer between the 2 of us was simply not enough.

So much un-tapped potential and so many un-utilised spaces across the resort. Could be really great but sadly has a lot to do to get to the 5T standard that we expected for what we paid.
