Avoid even for free!!!!
This is not family hotel at all I can say that all negative comments are true! I have witnessed myself situation with teenagers. They are taking their passports until last day of stay! Starting from the bottom of the hotel, in the toilets they do not have locks. Rubbish bins inside the cabin takes quarter of all the space so you are forced to sniff that bin as it is massive! Tiles will collapse on somebody’s head this is just a matter of time! They do not serve juices at all!!!! All personnel are extremely rude! Sheets and towels never been changed in a whole week!!!! Food is cold ! Luggage room costs 5£ per person shower included! Wooow!!! Asked for ice cream for my son three minutes before they start serving (basically they just put plastic glasses for it ) and they refused!!!! All equipment was broken, when coffee machine was broken guy from the kitchen was so annoyed we are asking for help as it was leaking! I could mention problems of this hotel for ages but actually they do not care! You just need to accept what they offer! Another thing is a kitchen! You need to queue for food even if you need only one thing and a lunch was only 1:30minutes! Absolutely disgusting all this place

My teenager and his friends have just returned from a week here. On arrival their passports were kept and were told they would get returned on leaving. This should have been enough of a warning of things to come. Between rude staff, inedible food and absolutely no cleaning service to the rooms this was probably their holiday from hell. It feels because they are young, the staff are just treating their guests with contempt. The hotel was dirty, including the bedsheets. They did not change towels once in the week they were there. One of his friends had booked separately and his experience was totally different. Don’t take large bookings if you don’t want to treat all your guests the same. Large groups seem to be put in a different part of the hotel and just forgot about. One of the door frames were broken and they were charged for this even though they didn’t break it. On leaving they went to collect their passports and the hotel staff wanted to check out the rooms before returning them. The coach to return to the airport was waiting on them and my son and one of his friends had to fight to get their passport returned. On the whole, even if you are young and you think this is in a great location for the strip, please think again and book somewhere else.
Great spa and worth staying rooms
Our flight was late in the evening, so we used the spa area before leaving and it honestly made a big difference. We stored our luggage, freshened up, and had a massage before the airport, and it felt much better than just waiting around in the lobby all day. The facilities were clean and relaxing with clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Dreadful!
Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Food is inedible and cold (and I eat anything!) they can’t even serve a pizza that isn’t like chewing out of date cardboard. Drinks are no better. Wine is vile, coffee is nothing like coffee. Cocktails are dreadful pre-made rubbish, no Diet drinks just full sugar everything. Staff are dismissive and lack any sort of care or interaction. Toilets in the basement by the pool have no locks or even a way to close the door. The stairs to the toilet were so slippery I fell down an entire flight of wet marble steps and really hurt myself. Reported it to reception and they didn’t even ask me if I was ok!! Pool is nice but littered with broken umbrellas and sun loungers. Rooms are basic and shoddily finished. No care taken in any aspect of this hotel. The whole vibe is they DO NOT CARE, it’s prime location for the strip so take it or leave it, they aren’t expecting repeat business. Plus sides - Our cleaner was very good as was Analise in the “Spa”. You can always get a sun lounger which is good. The strip is right outside the door. I have travelled extensively including budget youth hostels but this was something else! Definitely NOT a 4 star, more like a low 3 at best.

Great combination between party and rest
Laganas can be loud, so I was worried about sleeping, but the room was much quieter than expected. We could walk to the nightlife in minutes and still come back to a calm, clean room. The pool was lively during the day without being too much. For friends who want fun but also proper rest, it works really well. They also have all you can eat buffet which is amazing!
