Ideal for beach vacationers, this hotel lies in Amboula, just a few steps from the sandy beach. There is a bus stop right next to the building. It is about 6 miles to Zakynthos (ZTH) Airport. The hotel has an elevator and features 161 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A laundry service and a lounge are available. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. The standard amenities of some rooms include a balcony or terrace, providing extra room for relaxation. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products.

Have had a lovely holiday, first time in Zakynthos & have already booked to return, but not to this venue! Although we had a great holiday, would not say this is a four star resort. Reception area and staff were a lovely welcome but a disappointment on entering our My Favourite Club room, very tired and certainly not four star. Blown, marked & broken patio doors. Broken draw handles, bulbs not working & block flys in the bathroom! No complaints about the food, although we did eat out quite a few times, lots of lovely places locally. But what makes this resort is the staff! From Joanne at the MFC bar, the house keeping staff, all the waiting staff. & reception.. Alex the restaurant manager.. but a big thank you to Tony, bar manager, he made our holiday..
Had a very enjoyable week, can I give a big thankyou to Joanna & Ola both were amazing, always happy & helpful, as were all the staff, every single one of them. The Hotel location is spectacular, we had a sea view, My Favourite Club Junior Suite, not really a Suite, but it did us for the week, cleaned everyday, which we didn't need, but was welcomed anyway. Overall we had a brilliant holiday.
Very enjoyable stay, just wanted a relaxing, do nothing holiday. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't have done more for the guests. The food was sometimes a little hit and miss, but the traditional Greek dishes were generally excellent. Drinks wise we only had the basic all inclusive, which was fine, local spirits, wine and beer only. From what we saw the enhanced package didn't seem value for money, yes you had an uninterrupted sea view and could use the Fancy bar and additional pools, but some spirits were still at an additional cost and the food was no different. Overall a nice hotel, right by the sea (rocky not sandy access, but steps provided), great staff, food pretty good, drinks ok. No complaints.
It’s a lovely hotel but in need of some updating However there are 80 steps to negotiate from reception to the my favourite club sun deck. These are uneven high ones low ones. Sum Up and some down. There is further 8 steps down to the bottom path and another 20 steps down to the beach.
At the my favourite club sun deck there is no toilets they exist on the mid level 33 steps above the sun deck and then it is only 1 male ,1 female & 1 disabled and this is for the use of all Hotel customers the only other toilet is in reception well the spa really 21 steps down from reception whilst there We noticed many visitors limping or carrying bruises on their legs knees and thighs.
The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were small and could only accept 1 person at a time. So no room to go to the loo if someone was cleaning their teeth.
Our room had a bath with a shower attachment but no plug was provided when I raised this with the desk I was informed they did not provide plugs for the baths ??? ( why have baths why not provide showers I asked not no reply to that question).
The staff are terrific nothing was too much trouble especially Toni and Maniac in the top bar and Anna in the lunch time snack Bar
The nightly entertainment was exceptional never been to a hotel with such brilliant turns especially Joe on the Sax he was unbelievable.
I had a terrible experience and left after one night. The room is nothing like the pictures on line, they're drab and very basic. Maintenance is poor in places and overall looks tired and unwelcoming. Breakfast service is terrible with not enough staff. Nobody shows you to a table. Dirty cups and plates left on empty tables etc. very basic food and drinks. Overall a very poor and costly experience for me I booked another hotel and left
