This complex is located just 4 km away from the centre of Zakynthos. Guests will find themselves just a short walking distance away from the nearest beach, and in the ideal location from which to explore the attractions that Zante has to offer. This wonderful complex enjoys a charming architectural design, complementing the natural surroundings with elegance and grace. The accommodation options are eloquently appointed, offering a cocoon of tranquillity in which to escape the rest of the world. Guests are sure to be impressed by the wide range of facilities and services that the complex has to offer. Guests can enjoy the evening entertainment that the hotel provides, as well as a host of activities.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Just returned from a week at the hotel, deluxe room, all inclusive. The hotel is divided into two parts, the first with the main bar and dining facilities, then across a small service road is the second section which contains the main reception and the deluxe rooms. Separate pools in each section. The rooms and hotel areas are kept immaculately clean, we watched a couple of mornings 4 staff members cleaning the pool area for over an hour! Even swept the astro-turf borders. Our room cleaned daily, again immaculate. Mineral water [2 bottles a day], coffee pods [oddly, we were only allowed 4 pods per day between the two of us] topped up also plus fresh fruit and a complimentary bottle of wine at the start of the week. Usual for these days, all-inclusive drinks were limited to local or lower spec beers, wines and spirits unless we wanted to pay extra. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. My wife needed to see a Dr and the reception staff helped and advised us and arranged a taxi to the walk-in medical centre. I do have a couple of negative comments though: the road adjacent to the hotel can be very busy and quite noisy for most of the day. Also the food is a bit of a mix to be honest. Cold foods, fresh salads, desserts are all excellent. But we found the hot food to be a bit of a disappointment: generally overcooked for our taste and a bit bland and institutionalised. My wife cannot eat gluten and the hotel did provide GF bread rolls and good guidance on what she could or couldn't eat. Walk into Tsilivi takes around 20 minutes ambling and there are a couple of small shops on the way that sell the usual essentials, including, for me, English newspapers! the town itself is lively on an evening with plenty of bars, tavernas and more up-market eateries if you want a break from hotel food. We had a couple of evening meals in town and found them to be good value for money, better than we had expected. So, all-in-all, we had a good break, the staff could not have been more helpful, our room was cleaned immaculately every day and relaxing by the pool was just as it ought to be. Just the traffic noise and the overcooked hot food prevented us giving the full five stars.
A very nice hotel, has the protenshal of being the best on the island, The rooms are lovely, the deco is modern fresh, very clean, double glazed windows shuts out the music late at night. "No mirrors" in the main dressing area, come on most guests have said the same thing, you can go outside & check your clothes out on the window, it's as good as it gets. Such a waste of space in the rooms, drawers could be fitted, as there is 1 drawer in the whole of the room, 1 DRAWER GUYS!! that's sleeps 3 persons is not at all adequate. The space is there!! Use it wisely.. We struggled with 2 people in the room. A great touch is the screen on the bathroom window to keep bugs out👍🏽 thou tea coffee making facilities?? Yet no milk, sugar not a tea spoon. No we didn't make anything, there was a few packs of coffee. The room staff do a fabulous job in servicing the rooms, everyday, fresh towel every other day, fresh beds every 3rd day, in & out in no time. The staff wear a lovely uniform, they are such lovley people, a credit to the hotel. their happy and interact with guests. So pleasent. They work so hard. The 2 guys serving drinks in the evening at the snack bar are great, cheerful, we enjoyed their service. But a list of what cocktails that was available on the all inclusive package, there's a list of cocktails to buy, and the drinks not dressed correctly, my friend got a pina colada, dressed in apple & not pineapple🤷🏽♀️ The day time guy hummmm a little grumpy, everyday!! The hotel is a little out of the way, regardless how they advertise it, nothing happening here, nothing... we were bored, the only thing after dinner is drinking & playing cards, that's your lot, the entertainment is little to none or poor. There's a town 20-25 minute walk, It's not a good idea to walk back, there's little street lighting, with uneven pathways you'll end up in hospital. The shuttle bus is at 10.30am - 1.30pm & 6.30pm, it would be best every hour, so you can go to town & get back, however a taxi is around €10. Ya never really see anyone drunk, 1 guy fell into the pool lol, he had'nt been eating too well. The greek night, their dancing in the dark, solar light could be wrapped around the umbrella, bring a little something to the place, it's dead. It needs life, it's need atmosphere. We tried the Family restaurant in town, that was lovely, highly recommend, that was very nice. Lots happening in the town, cocktail bars, a real buzz about the place. we got the horse & cart back €20 a nice ride. Back to the rooms! The beds are comfy enough, great aircon. There's a local market shop a 10 minute walk, it is a household market. The safe, well €5 a day is a bit much for nothing. Watch your leg on the corner of the beds in the rooms, most people had the same matching cut or bruise on their lower right leg, I get mind on the 1st night. The eating hall is lovely, the staff are fabulous at clearing up, resetting tablets in a flash, Always happy at work, the food is ooooook, hit or miss, not hot enough, it's warm or cold. Its was an on going joke with guests, the salads were warmer. But a great variety to be fair. Again so clean, and yes a few small things, which matter to guests. We won't be returning to this hotel, just for the reasons I mentioned.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay In your hotel and it was our first holiday in Zante .
Everything went smoothly.
We were booked in what was advertised as a double premium room , however we were given a twin room .
A double bed would maybe be a better option as advertised.
Our room was modern and nicely decorated and shower glass could do with being a bit longer .
We enjoyed the quality of the food and drinks .
All staff were pleasant and helpful .
Maybe a bit more entertainment as we enjoyed the Greek night twice and bingo during the day .
Location is quiet but only around 20 minutes into centre of Tsilivi and closest shop is less than 10 mins walk away with a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops and transfer to the beach a few times which was good .
Had a great week at Floxenia hotel ,so many laughs, all the staff are just so welcoming, we stay in room 302, lovely 2 bedroom apartment, Very nice and clean, a brilliant balcony, just wish we would have had milk in the room , with the teabags and coffee,we also could have done with a full length mirror in room, there is only one in the bathroom,so with us being 3 ladies just had to use the mirror in turn, but we all had such a brilliant week, loved the little cat family and we use to make sure they had food and plenty of water, also one night was out for a meal my sister had lamb chops ,there was five on her plate but she could only eat two ,so brought the others back and cut them up for the cat family which they loved, definitely be coming back to tslivi ,very soon , Margart ,iris , Marlene, thanks to all for a fantastic holiday 🍻😺🥳
We stayed at Filoxenia for one week from 10th–17th September in room 329, and we had a lovely time.
Our room was lovely and clean, was cleaned every day, and the bed was really comfortable. We paid for a Deluxe Room and were a little shocked to be told that the safe was an additional €35. In our opinion, this should really be included when booking a Deluxe Room.
All of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel minibus is a great bonus on a hot day when you don’t fancy the walk! That said, the walk into Tsilivi is absolutely fine and takes around 20 minutes. You also meet lots of lovely cats along the way. 🐈❤️
We also took part in Keith’s quiz and bingo, and what a brilliant host he is! It was so much fun and really added to our holiday. 🎉
The only other niggle was the soft drinks during the day. They were poured from bottles rather than being branded drinks, and unfortunately they were often flat and not really drinkable.
The food was fine, especially breakfast. It was typical all-inclusive food, but there was always plenty of choice and everything was fresh.
Tsilivi itself is lovely, with lots of great restaurants and bars, so there really is something for everyone. The mini golf was brilliant fun and definitely worth the €9!
There are also a little family of stray cats living around the hotel, and we were more than happy to feed them, along with other guests. 🐈 We hope future guests will continue to look after them as they clearly rely on the kindness of visitors.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Filoxenia in the future. We absolutely loved Tsilivi and had a fantastic week! ❤️🇬🇷
