Tsilivi is a popular holiday resort that boasts a superb beach with many facilities and gentle waters, making it ideal for families.
Sun Rise Hotel is just 500 meters from the town. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool, bar, restaurant, 24 hour reception, free wi-fi and a shuttle bus to the beach (scheduled upon managements discretion).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed at this hotel for seven days, and this was already our third time here. We really enjoyed our stay and once again felt very comfortable and welcome.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the centre of Tsilivi, with plenty of restaurants and places to go nearby. The pool area is really nice, with a great atmosphere and good music, and the breakfasts are delicious, with a good variety of food.
The staff are all very kind, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Cristina and Panagiotis at the bar, who were always so friendly and welcoming. Daria at the reception gave us lots of useful information about the island, including beautiful beaches and nice tavernas, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.
I would also especially like to mention Spiros, the hotel manager. We had a problem with the car rental company during our stay, and Spiros kindly helped us resolve the situation. He was very attentive and made sure everything was sorted out.
Overall, we had a lovely week and really appreciated the friendly staff, great location, beautiful pool area and delicious breakfasts. We have already stayed here three times and would happily come back again! ❤️🇬🇷
Well where do I begin , this is not a 4 star hotel a good 3 star maybe ,the bedrooms haven’t got drawers and very little hanging space, but are huge with nothing in them , it’s tired and needs upgrading , the pool area is lovely , the bedrooms are basic but adequate if everything in the room works , which in our case the safe didn’t but got a key in the end , reported the fridge didn’t work but never got looked at in a week , and a tray with a kettle and mugs but no tea and coffee etc , reception staff need personality make overs , on the plus side the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day , beds were comfortable and the breakfast very good plenty of choices you certainly wouldn’t go hungry .
A classic Greek 🇬🇷 owned Hotel immaculately clean Beautiful Pool and Gardens and Best of all lovely engaging staff (that's all the staff) we didn’t feel like we were te last 20 customers of the season we felt like the first 20 very impressive given a busy season nearly done. Breakfast was a Anglo Greek smorgasbord of choice with fresh cooked omelette ect every need catered for from serial to fresh yoghurt -bacon to cake and all inbetween .Our room (108) was lovely yes it needs a small draw unit and some rubber strip to keep the water in the shower tray but otherwise it was perfect 🤩 overlooking its own personal pool and the main pool area a top room imo. The daytime pool bar and restaurant provided great food choice and played an assortment of music to suit all every detail covered.Our late season direct booking was value for money we added a Jet 2 flight and saved probably £600 on a package deal sorting our own taxis I’ve read a lot of the negative reviews and all I can say is if you want England in the sun go to Bennidorm that’s what I do BUT this holiday I wanted Greece 🇬🇷 in the Sun and that’s exactly what Sunrise Zante provided !! Had a lovely week at this hotel....rooms were lovely and well maintained, towels changed daily. We had a ground floor pool side appt and was in a great location, few steps to the pool, always sunbeds available and really comfy! Good choice of food in the pool bar for lunch and lovely staff, breakfast was always good plenty of choice to fill you up to get the day started, not 5 star but was more than adequate. 10 min walk into the town which was lovely, would definitely come back and stay,no hesitation at all.
Just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel . Can’t fault a thing , the place is immaculate , the breakfast is good and plentiful , and the staff are very friendly. It’s a very short walk into the main town with the beach being a little further . If we went again we’d probably pay a little more to get room upgrade . Don’t hesitate just book it , really lovely place to stay .
