Situated on the east coast of Zakynthos Island, 6 km from the port and 13 km from the airport, this charming hotel is just 700 metres from the sea. Every year, the nearby beach is awarded an International Blue Flag because of its pristine clean waters. The area is popular with tourists of all ages and offers a wide array of activities for those, who find swimming and sunbathing monotonous. Visitors can choose between horse riding, tennis, soccer, bowling. Families with children will find all necessary amenities within the premises, as between the two buildings there is a big swimming pool with a children's area and a bar where parents can enjoy refreshing drinks, unique cocktails and wonderful, entertaining evenings.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very clean, friendly staff,renovated rooms and very nice cocktails. Dodgy road to walk back at night, we took a small torch so we didn’t get hit by a car. Pool area has about 20 sun beds, very comfy but packed together, usual sun bed reservers placing towels down at 8am but only a few felt the need to do this, I can imagine how busy it much be in the summer, 20 beds v 24 ish rooms? Anyway we went to the beach and in the afternoon there were a few sun beds free on our return so didn’t really have any issues. Family run, very good service, run like clockwork. Taxi 10€ into town. Music at the outside area on in the evening so can hear it but it stops before midnight. Nicely out of the way so no road noise.
Have stayed at the Pantheon for several years now,myself and Brother, and it just keeps on getting better and better. Lovely Boutique 4* hotel, set in quiet surroundings, where you can just chill all day by the pool, the staff are lovely and very helpful, Breakfast has a massive choice of both hot and cold options, the hotel has recently been upgraded with a lovely outside area, which is shaded and non shaded, perfect for having a spot of lunch or a drink, while been able to view the pool, with very comfortable seats.
I highly 100% recommend this hotel, been coming since 2017 and will be back again next year...Well done Dimitris and your Team.
A hidden gem a short walk from Tsilivi Main Street. Lovely family run hotel. Peaceful even when fully booked. Beautiful views, beautiful food. Lovely escape from the crowded sun bed beaches and busy bars.
The hotel and rooms have been renovated since the photos. Very clean and well appointed. Nothing is too much trouble.
Would definitely go back. It’s a bit of a walk up the hill. But that’s all I can find to say that is slightly negative!
First of all, we would like to say a huge thank you to Katerina for the exceptional and authentic food. She is such a wonderful lady, and every meal she prepares is truly delicious.
A special thank you to Ianis for the unconditional help and support he offered us whenever we needed it. We are also very grateful to Dimitris, who always makes us feel at home and does everything he can to ensure that we have the most beautiful holiday possible.
Last but certainly not least, thank you to the lovely lady from housekeeping, who always leaves our room absolutely spotless and impeccable.
We never stay here for less than two weeks, and every single time, we feel that even two weeks are not enough! That says everything about how much we love this place.

We have been coming to Zante Pantheon Hotel for many years, and every time we return, we are reminded why we love this place so much.
The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The family who owns and runs the hotel is absolutely wonderful — extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive. They always make us feel like we are part of their family, which makes every stay even more special.
The food is exceptional, especially if you appreciate authentic, traditional Greek cuisine. We always choose the half-board option, and we have never been disappointed (this is our fourth year staying at this hotel). The meals are delicious, fresh, and full of traditional Greek flavors.
The cleanliness is impeccable. Our room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily as well. There is honestly nothing to complain about.
Everything about this hotel is simply top-notch, from the hospitality and food to the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Another great advantage is its excellent location, very close to the beach and within walking distance of many shops and other amenities.
We highly recommend Zante Pantheon Hotel and will definitely keep coming back. A truly wonderful place, with wonderful people! ❤️🇬🇷
