This hotel is spotless clean and staff so efficient and service with a smile. So big and have beautiful spa. Food and ambience were both excellent...
Rooms spotless and twice a day housekeeping come and check if you need anything else.
Thanks everyone for a wonderful stay. Beautiful complex with fantastic service; the reception and restaurant staff greeted us always by name and remembered many small details about us and our preferences which made us feel very taken care of. Thank you also to the housekeeping staff who were very helpful and did a very good job to keep our room clean ...
Our first time staying with kempinski, we will definitely stay again when abroad
Lovely hotel with ample space and amenities, and kudos to the staff on keeping up the level of service in line with COVID restrictions. The rooms are spacious and we had a great view of the pools. Breakfast was delicious, though watch out for the cute little birdie thieves if you're sitting on the terrace! The pool bar had some issues with the QR code ordering system, but the staff did well in the end to explain and we got our drinks eventually...
The restaurant had an excellent menu with delicious local wine and we had a really sumptuous dinner! Overall, GREAT STAY and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to stay in Gozo.
This has been my fourth visit to this hotel. It is a bit on the expensive side but the service and the amenities make up for that. Food is excellent and during the COVID19 pandemic, they kept scrupulously with the directions from the Health Authorities but still managed to give an excellent service...
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean (though the pool which was closed needed some cleaning, even for the aesthestic sake). One feels welcomed as soon as they step in the hotel.
Having visited other Kempinski hotels in Dubai we stopped off for a sunset drink on the terrace. Very very slow service , served the 3 other people who arrived after us, first ! twice bought the wrong drink. We ordered another drink and when we chased it up, staff were having a meeting!! Very overpriced 5 star prices for a 3 star service...
Luckily it saved us money as we were thinking of staying there !!
