Outstanding Housekeeping Service ❤️
Suela, our housekeeper, deserves a very special mention and the biggest recognition. She has been the person taking care of our room throughout our two-month stay, and from day one she has always treated us with such warmth, kindness and consideration.
We are not guests who are here for just a week on holiday. We have been living here for two months, far away from home, and when you are in that situation, being greeted and treated with this kind of genuine warmth every single day means so much. It really makes you feel cared for and comfortable.
Suela takes care of our room as if it were her own, always making sure everything is perfect and, above all, making us feel welcome. Her kindness and human warmth are something we truly value and appreciate.
After spending two months here, we can honestly say that people like Suela make a huge difference. She absolutely deserves to be recognised for the wonderful person and employee she is. Thank you, Suela, for making our time here feel a little more like home. ❤️
Experience
The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, what I would highlight most is the outstanding housekeeping service.
In particular, Suela, one of the housekeepers, has been absolutely wonderful. We have had a long stay here due to work, and she has always been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her warm and thoughtful service has truly made a difference and made our extended stay much more comfortable.
A big thank you to Suela for her exceptional hospitality!
Best hotel
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you to Alex at reception, who was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. His warm attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Best Hotel Ever
I would to say a big thank to mr alex the receptionist he was very helpful and explaining everything to us as-well he gave us instructions to all the events there is , room was to our liking , thank once again
Honest review
I was a little bit apprehensive about staying here, after what seemed to be an influx of negative reviews after I had booked. However, I cannot fault this hotel , the staff are kind and helpful. The facilities are great and very clean. Food was as expected for what you pay. There was some noise on a night time from groups of young adults, but you get what you pay for and it is not an ultra 5 star resort - nor does it claim to be. Aircon was fine in the room and all in all I would stay here again when budget travelling.
