The 4-star Bella Vista Hotel is ideally situated in front of The Salini National Park and is a 20-minute walk from the Qawra promenade which is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants.
Only a short distance away is the centre of Bugibba with many shops' bars, restaurants and the sandy and rocky beach.
The hotel offers a good selection of onsite facilities including a swimming pool and rooftop jacuzzi.

Been coming to Malta for 18 years and stayed in all sorts of hotels but Bella Vista I'll rate as the worst Hotel in St Paul's Ba
We stayed at the Bella Vista Hotel for four nights in June 2026. We paid €48 for the upgraded room. We were shocked by how outdated the room was. The air-conditioning broke down after two days and the shower was awful. Going hot and cold every few seconds. The hotel was packed with Spanish students aged between 12 and 25, Swinging off the balcony, Loud music till 2am, Shouting across, Swearing, Smoking weed oh you name it they were doing it. The hotel was a total nightmare from start to finish. The staff wasn't interested at all when reported. The lift broke down. We paid for Breakfast and Dinner! That was awful... Choice of three meals, Choice of Three Puddings and no water on the table... You had to pay for drinks. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful holiday away. Worst experience of my life and never again. Look elsewhere if I'm honest.
Much better than we thought
I was worried after seeing lots of reviews but we had a great stay for 7 nights, the room was clean and good for the price!
The pool was nice and did have a lot of young people playing music but they didn’t bother us at all.
We went to Popeye village which was great, uber to Valletta which was stunning and a night in Gozo!
Very poor cleaning and housekeeping
Very poor housekeeping and cleaning service. They gave me a dirty towel and also I had to go to the reception twice for towels cause they had no leave any in the bathroom. They did not clean the bath in 6 days, neither swept the room in all the time. Reception guy in rush for attending guest questions. Restaurant service, especially waitress very nice and polite. 2star hotels are more cleaned.
Not great
The location is good close to bus stations and San Paul's center The staff is welcoming and nice. So atmosphere not bad in general. Some of the vending machines were not in service as well as the laundry room. The rooms are average. No utensils in the rooms with a kitchenette so it's useless. We got stuck in the elevator and waited for the maintenance guy to come (was an awful experience) then the elevator was off for 2 days so we had to change the room. The hot water didn't work properly and the shower drain as well. Cleanness is average. It was noisy when we moved to the second room since it was by the pool.

The fans mostly hang off Room service was bad Mattress are awful would rather sleep on a bench in park Loud noise. Old peoples home don’t come Definitely don’t come unless you and your partner want to have separate
