Had a really great stay at the Best Western in St. Paul’s Bay. Kelly, Vuk and Aleska were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay, really friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they were very accommodating whenever we needed anything. The service genuinely made the stay even better, and it’s clear they care about making sure guests have a good experience.
Would definitely recommend the hotel, and a special thanks to Kelly, Vuk and Aleska for looking after us so well!
Great stay at the Best Western. The rooms are stand out; large, spacious, huge beds, huge bathrooms, clean and modern. The breakfast there is lots of variety of food. Fresh omelette station, fresh pastries. The fruit was not always fresh, and often from a tin. Fresh orange juice is a nice touch.
Gorgeous rooftop pool with great views. Just a lot of sunbeds crammed into a small space.
The hotel team are friendly and accommodating.
The only minuses really are the gym is very small, the room all have street views and you are overlooked by residents from both sides. On our second to last day they forgot to clean our room and leave fresh towels and bedding, when we called reception we got a bit of attitude and not particularly helpful nor any urgency to get housekeeping up to fix it, which was frustrating after a day out, to not be able to shower etc it took around 30 minutes for someone to come with fresh towels and no apology that our room had not been cleaned/serviced at all on our final nights stay. I was just one bad experience and not reflective of the other 5 days we stayed here so I would recommend this hotel and location.
This hotel was not what we expected at all! Not the normal corporate looking BW accommodation, instead a chic, relaxed and "in tune" with it's Bugibba surroundings. The rooftop bar and pool area plays chilled music and gives the feeling of a cool beach bar, the pool is a massive infinity pool and has to be one of the coldest in the Med, refreshing after the uninterrupted sun bathing. Great food with attention to detail! Seeing staff carefully set the cutlery for settings gives an indication of how they do things here! Our room was amazing, great layout, huge bed and one of the best bathrooms we have ever used. Book room 400 if you can! Everything is literally just around the corner and very central for getting around the island.
