I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The biggest problem is the mattress. It is extremely old, worn out, and uncomfortable. You can feel every single spring through it. Sleeping on it feels like lying on nails. I spent the entire night turning from side to side because my back was hurting, and I simply could not find a comfortable position. A hotel room is supposed to provide a place to rest, but getting any decent sleep here is almost impossible.
The room itself is unbelievably small, cramped, and stuffy. There is barely enough space to move around, and the lack of fresh air makes it feel even more uncomfortable.
Cleanliness was also disappointing. The bedding had small hairs on it when I arrived, which immediately made me question whether it had been properly changed and cleaned.
What frustrated me most was the complete lack of any solution when I reported the problem. I explained that the mattress was so uncomfortable that I could not sleep and that my back was hurting. The response I received was essentially: “There is nothing I can do.” No alternative room, no attempt to help, no compensation, nothing.
I paid around €90 for a single room with a single bed. Traveling alone should not mean accepting a terrible mattress and sleepless nights. Quite honestly, this room would not be worth the price even if it were half as expensive.
If a good night’s sleep matters to you, avoid this place. An uncomfortable mattress, questionable cleanliness, a tiny suffocating room, and zero customer care make this one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced.
Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Room was like a prison cell, old and dated and no natural light. . Frosted window with a view of a wall meant no natural light so had to have the lights on all the time. WiFi didn’t work, no facilities in the room, the only good thing about the room was the air conditioning. Booked for a week but left after 4 days and booked another hotel at a cost to us but couldn’t do another day in this place.
Very good hotel. I think I reserveited it with good price. I' ve got discount in 2 restaurnat as a guest of this hotel. The beds are comforttable and soft. Coffie in coffiemaker is very good. The guy from recepcion is plesant. The cleaning crew cleans very nicely. But I have some reservations about the bathroom. What's behind the bathroom window?
The location is excellent, but the room we got had a window with a view of a wall just one meter away. We didn't have mobile signal in the room, and there was no internet for two day. Everything else was more or less acceptable. ............................
The worst Hotel. I paid 35 euros more because they didn't tell me the check out time. The service was poor, the window faced a wall and the wifi didn't work. The only positive thing is the location but otherwise I absolutely don't recommend it.
