- Corinthia Hotel St Georges Bay
Visitors to St George's Bay can expect luxury. Boasting a peaceful seafront setting, spectacular sea views and the region's only sandy beach, it's also home to more five star hotels than any other part of the island. And you'll be able to tell immediately that the Corinthia Hotel is one of them.
Set in a truly stunning location on a rocky peninsula overlooking the sea, the Corinthia Hotel, St George's Bay is almost an attraction in itself. Exquisitely furnished and tastefully appointed, it's a deluxe hotel par excellence.
As befits a hotel of this quality, you'll find that standards of service are exemplary and will enhance your stay at the Corinthia Hotel. Certainly when you arrive and see it for the first time, you know you're going to want to spend a fair bit of time there. And given how beautiful that azure sea is, and how spectacular that rocky coastline is, that should tell you just how special this hotel is.
Every room affords either a partial or total view of the wide open seascape from the balcony. And for maximum comfort, the rooms are fully temperature controlled. As well as the big comfortable beds, you'll enjoy the impressively sized bathroom too.
And you'll want to make full use of all the facilities the Corinthia Hotel, St George's Bay has to offer, of course. There is plenty to enjoy. A particular favourite is the cascading outdoor pool that leads to the hotel lido on the edge of the sea. Wonderful fun!
There's so much else. A wide array of restaurants, bars and grills and hairdressing salon just for starters. You can even hop on a courtesy bus to Sliema, Valletta & Royal golf course all year round or take a walk to the Casinos. Drinking in those beautiful sea views from your balcony, you'll be able to relax in the sort of luxury that holiday destinations so often aspire to, but so seldom attain. The Corinthia Hotel, St George's Bay is, in short, the sort of deluxe hotel that all others should be measured by.

My first time in Malta and I’ll be back. My room was spacious and comfortable with all essential amenities. I had a balcony overlooking the bluest water I’ve ever seen...
Breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant and it was great. I recommend the pizzas and pasta the most. Will definitely be back. The staff were above and beyond what I expected.
Great location with great sea views, excellent generous breakfast, helpful staff, reasonable price. Well equipped clean rooms. There are many restaurants in the area and transport is well planned with local connections.
Excellent service , I highly recommend . Staff are great, very friendly , good value for money . food is good , the only thing I would suggest is parking should be free for clients residing at the Hotel. the rest was fine we really enjoyed our stay.
An excellent 4* hotel. Rooms large, with balcony overlooking bay. Great buffet breakfast - Welcoming staff at breakfast did outstanding job. Several diverse restaurants to choose from. Several pools including indoor with sauna - spa- jacuzzi No14 bus stops outside reception to take you to Valetta for 1.50 Euro! Very happy to recommend...
Myself, mum and sister stayed in a family room with two queen beds with a beautiful view of the bay and returned yesterday. The hotel is in a great location and looks nice. We arrived from our flight from Gatwick at around 1.30pm so we had to wait for our room to be ready...
We used this time to walk to the spa to book some massages for during our stay. We were shocked to find that they did not have a single appointment for any of us for our entire three day stay. (Visiting end of February you wouldn’t expect a ‘spa’ hotel to not have availability and this is why we choose this hotel). When it was time to check into our room, we mentioned this to the front desk and they said they would inform their supervisor and get back to us with anything they could do. We never received a phone call. On the next day, after returning from the marina, we found our room had been ‘cleaned’ but actually only one bed was made and the glasses and coffee cups had not been washed and coffee/tea had not been replenished. We called reception and they sent some up straight away. On our departing morning, we called up to ask for a later check out until 4pm. We were told we could have this but it would cost 10 euro per hour. When I explained the two incidences before, they told us that we could have only 1 extra hour free but we still had to pay 30 euros. There was no attempt to rectify or apologise for anything and we found this pretty bad, however we paid it, checked out, had a pleasant trip in Malta, but would certainly not return to this particular hotel again.
