a warm friendly welcome off chriss reception a true gentleman all staff amazing go above and beyond r stay waz made exceptional from all friendly staff house keeping staff keep ur rooms clean high standards also change towels most days the only criticism we had no balcony in rm 204 lack of storage space in room overwise had an amazing stay certainly will be returning mike@tom st helens 13th June 2026 2 weeks love roof top pool and bar also harbour and ferries close by reasonable prices also near to great reastraunts

One night stay in St Pauls Bay
My dad and I stayed at ibis Styles St. Paul's Bay for one night and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel was modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient for exploring the local area and enjoying the waterfront. Check-in was quick and easy, and the facilities were excellent for a short stay. Overall, it offered great value for money, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Malta.

Excellent hotel
A lovely clean hotel, close to restaurants, bars,shops and bus station. Very friendly and hard working staff......the two we dealt with the most was David at reception and Robert in the dining room. Great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast to cater for all tastes. Excellent hotel....would definitely recommend. Would advise upper floors with sea views
Great location and super friendly staff
Great location and a good clean room. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The staff were super friendly and helpful from reception to Breakfast staff and bar staff cleaners. Very small pool but it is heated. The convenience of being right in the centre is great if you want to spend your holiday exploring.

Relaxing 2 day stay
Just returned from a 2 night stay here. Very impressed with the hotel and facilities. Met with Alice at reception on arrival, lovely welcome and gave all relevant information regarding meal times etc. The room was street facing, spotlessly clean and had usual tea/coffee facilities, very comfortable bed and had a settee and small balcony. Despite the notice on the balcony warning it could be noisy in the area, I slept with the balcony door open during the night and had no issues whatsoever. The shower had the hand held and overhead shower and lots of room to move, water was hot and kept an even temperature. I did not use the pool but did have a look and there were sunbeds and an area to sit with a bar. Breakfast had lots of choice and food was replenished regularly. There is an outside area to smoke outside the hotel, inside reception there is a display unit with books etc. Housekeeping attended, but as I was only there on the 1st day I did not require anything but the Serbian lady was lovely as were all the staff I interacted with. The hotel is round the corner from Bugibba Square and pubs/restaurants and seafront. There is a bus stop down from the hotel if you want to catch a bus to Valletta. The bus station is a short walk away. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to other travellers.
