Hotel does not exist anymore.
Made reservation in January 2023 for 2 weeks stay in may 2023. Upon arrival found Hotel closed. Email and telephone number out of order. Went to police to report fraude. No assistance. Money gone. We were lucky to have a guest family at Gozo. Had good experience with hotel two years earlier. Thats why we booked again. Very disappointing this time. Luckily we had good travel insurance and they paid for our newly booked hotel in St julians.
Place no longer exist
Place no longer exist. They cancelled our reservation long time ago and never returned funds. Booking is not helpful, they just redirect us to the place owner which is not responding to any emails nor answering phone.
Don't bother, mattresses were terrible
Told to wait 3 hours as room wasn't ready, returned at booking in time of 14.00, received key, went up in the smallest lift ever, got to our room just to find it hadn't been cleaned, took a bag of rubbish downstairs to make a point, then told we'd get another room, just to find that one wasn't ready either, sat downstairs while they cleaned our original room, asked if we could have a different one just to be told they had no others better lol. Mattresses were well past their sell by dates, no comfort at all, bottom of kitchen units looked terrible as the units were old, wardrobe door damaged and 4 coat hangers in there. Ended up leaving as with my back there was no way I could sleep on that bed, come on holiday to relax and get better before I go back to work in new year, not to get worse, might as well of stayed at home. Booked into Santana Hotel one minutes walk away, wow the difference was incredible.
Great stay
Great apartment had full works and if you could not find it staff would help .Jo who was reception customer service was great made me feel so at home and knew how to make you feel welcome to Malta and knew local area well no problem staying here in the future.

Would not recommend!
Bad experience. The rooms were not clean and the bathrooms were awful. No air conditioning which was horrendous. Would not return. The price was reasonable, we thought, but once we got there we thought it was way over priced for what it was. Would not recommend
