Fantastic gem in the Mediterranean
Excellent gem of a Hotel. Staff so friendly and courteous, and nothing too much trouble. Fab location and breakfast on roof s sky lounge Amazing. Rooms and apartments fantastic well thought out , with quality furniture. Can not fault this new hotel .

People without manners and bad experience because of rudeness
This is the bad hotel i ever seen and i dont advice anyone to go there the owner of this place is very bad and the stuff dont know about hospitality i checked in and i requested for a smoking room they told me there is window and they gave me a handicap room and i agreed and when i left i found the owner asking me for 250 euros by forcing i told him no i request for a smoking room he sad no and he asked the staff the staff lied because of his owner then he said i will believe the staff and i will not believe you and he locked the door to mind me to go then i called the police i explained my situation in English and they spoke to each other in maltese language which i dont understand i requested to speak English to understand he said its fine if we speak our language then they told me you have to pay otherwise he will file a case I told him let him file a case and i will not pay and if he file a case i will be the one who bring attorney for locking the hotel door when i am inside, i am not advising anyone to stay in this bad rude hotel
Fantastic service at this wonderful hotel
We had booked our stay through Booking.com but due to our visas being delayed we had to change our booking dates. The owner communicated with us via Wattsapp and arranged for everything, included the secure parking we had requested, to be amended. The service was fantastic and communication quick, responsive and detailed. Due to our flight times we arrived after reception closed but our room card and garage fob were waiting for us in reception where we were told they would be. Even late at night the owner met us in the garage when we parked up to make sure everything was in order and that we could access our room, superb. The room was immaculate, well laid out and had everything we needed. We had breakfast in the top floor restaurant which was delicious, freshly cooked omelette with good quality coffee and fresh fruit. Having seen that quality we opted to have dinner as well, with a lovely menu offering plenty of variety whilst sat on the roof top terrace. We would highly recommend this hotel.

“Restaurant on the 8th floor. The food was very delicious, especially the traditional Maltese dishes. The location had a very beautiful atmosphere and felt very peaceful and calming to the mind.
ask Karthik and Lahir for their signature cocktails — they make them amazingly well every day. Excellent service.
