Perfect location in old Valletta walking distance to major sites and main streets.
Perfect Hotel, great location, beautiful decor, roof top swimming pool and bar and underground pool sauna plunge pool. History to the building that has been totally renovated. Room we had was standard twin share good size.

A lovely hotel
The Gomerino is situated in the heart of Valletta close to the central streets of Merchant Street and Republic Street. The rooftop pool with bar overlooks the Grand Harbour with all its comings and goings. The room we had was a good size and very comfortable overlooking St Pauls Street which is very narrow. Breakfast has a choice of continental style or cooked to order, both of which were very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We did not get a confirmation of the taxi they had booked for us from the airport which caused a problem. When reception staff looked into this they corrected the problem and sorted out our return taxi for us. Very happy to recommend this hotel.
Great place to stay in Valletta
The Gomerino is the perfect place to stay in Valletta. All the staff from the front desk to the rooftop pool/bar were friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Daniel, Guest Services Manager, for all his assistance in getting this stay organised and for his restaurant suggestions. Our rooms were all comfortable and clean and well serviced. Breakfast was both buffet and à la carte. The location on St Paul St meant we were within an easy walk to everything in Valletta. Would highly recommend.
Great hotel in the centre of Valletta
Had a lovely time in the Gomerino, it is very central and perfectly placed to explore Valletta and Malta. The rooms are really nice and the rooftop bar/pool has wonderful views. Staff are great and the breakfast very nice too. Would definitely recommend!
A real hidden gem in the heart of Valletta
We had four gorgeous nights at this hidden gem in the heart of Valletta. The whole place has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are comfortable & quiet, the staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast, absolutely delicious. If the weather had been nicer, we'd have spent more time on the roof top terrace which has a lovely outdoor pool and fantastic views. I can highly recommend the Maltese cocktail made from cactus flower - delicious. The location meant everywhere was within a ten minute walk & loads of fantastic restaurants a couple of minutes away. The only downside for us was that although we booked a room with a balcony, it's just a juliette balcony and unfortunately ours overlooked a row of unattractive dustbins - and it's a shame the hotel bar closes so early, as we would have enjoyed a nightcap after a meal, but apart from that it was faultless & we'll definitely be back, as Valletta is a beautiful city.
