Working in such a grand interior, the Phoenicia Malta staff have to work hard to ensure that the service they offer matches up. That the level of service here is consistently impeccable is a testament to them – and a big factor in bringing so many people back here year after year.
Classic twin/double air-conditioned or heated rooms are well-equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, radio, phone, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary non-alcoholic mini-bar, and hairdryer. Fabulous hotel and staff
We went for a three night stay to celebrate our anniversary. Could not recommend highly enough. We had a lovely room with a balcony. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive.
Location and peaceful pool and gardens
The location is amazing, just outside the main gate to Valetta, so we get the easy access without the overwhelming crowds. Service at the hotel is fantastic. The pool area is such a nice escape from the too many people visiting Valetta. However, it is a business hotel with conferences, events etc that detracted from my overall experience. Since we were not a part of an event, and choose the hotel and its prices as part of our Malta visit, I felt a little out of place as I don't think we are its target audience. The location and pool would be hard to replace, so we would definitely consider returing.
The Phoenicia Malta, an unbeatable experience, second to none
Just returned from a wonderful stay at The Phoenicia Malta. This hotel is everything a hotel should be. The location is perfect for exploring Valetta and the rest of the islands. The staff are welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and stress free. The facilities are first class and spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. They have some very good chefs. Our room was extremely comfortable with a pleasant outlook and balcony from which we often enjoyed watching fireworks. The Bastion infinity pool is wonderful with the amazing views to the harbour beyond and is reached by the most delightful walk through beautifully kept gardens, a true tonic for the senses. We cannot recommend The Phoenicia Malta highly enough for its ambience and the excellent value it provides. We look forward to our next visit.
Another excellent stay at The Phoenicia
A true 5 star experience at this extremely well run hotel with very professional, helpful and polite staff. High level of accommodation and cleanliness. Superb food and ambience throughout the restaurants and Club Bar Great Location we would highly recommend and we shall return.
