This hotel is just 100 m from the Praia da Oura Beach in Albufeira, one of the best beaches in the Algarve, and within walking distance of the nightlife area, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Links to the public transport network are in the immediate vicinity and the bus station and railway station are about 2 and 6.5 km away respectively. Faro Airport is approximately 40 km away. This is a complex of 54 apartments with spacious balconies, some of which offer magnificent views of the sea. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a deck with sun beds. Meanwhile, fans of the fairway can head to the nearest golf course, which is 30 minutes' drive from the hotel. Active guests can also rent bicycles at reception to explore the area.

Fabulous stay with friends
We spent 4 nights at the Golden beach, what an amazing place it was. We arrived at 1pm , our room was ready for us and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom deluxe with full sea view! The views were amazing, it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided if we needed them. The free beach towel service was very convenient, and the complimentary beach bag with milk, biscuits, crackers and reusable water bottles was a lovely touch. The pool area was lovely and we had no issues getting a sun lounger, the little bar was great for lunch and a frozen daiquiri or two! The ladies on reception were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location was great for us, 2 minute walk to the beach and to the Tuktuks to take you into old town for 10 euros. The strip was a 10 minute walk up the hill, there was a bakery and supermarket a couple of minutes walk too. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Golden Beach and will definitely be booking again :)
Simply stunning!
June holiday to the Algarve and this hotel is perfection. Every area is immaculate and all of the team are so welcoming and friendly. The water bottles and little beach bag are such a nice gesture, nothing worse then lugging around water bottles so having the water foundtain was so lovely!
The views from the balcony were stunning, perfect and quiet lovely to sit out on and have your brekafast and of course, get ready for the evening!
Pool area and grounds are so well kept, saw an employee checking the pool water each day, life guard on duty the whole day. Plenty beds to go round, no issue with people ‘reserving’ them which was so refreshing to see.
The poolside bar was brill! The two staff running it were so lovely. The food was amazing, salads, toasties etc. Cocktials were amazing and great value, same goes for he beer.
Don’t be scared by the sofa beds, they were the comfiest beds I have slept on. Fresh towels daily, room turned over etc, also they offer beach and pool towels if you ask at the reception.
The gym area, for no added cost, was great. A multifunctional trainer, 3 cardio machines, a small weights area and pull up bar. Perfect for a holiday. Even has its own AC unit.
Honestly no faults at all, it’s a great location, quiet, beautifully kept and maintained and the staff are all fantastic.
My only request… a mirror in the living area or hallway would be great and super helpful for getting ready.

Perfect family holiday
Just back from the best family holiday. Travelled with our 2 teenage boys and this resort was perfect. Location amazing 2min walk to beach and 5min walk to bars and restaurants.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with sea view and it was fab, loads of space for a family of 4 (2 boys 14 and 17), staff were exceptional 👌, so clean and helpful.
The resort was spotless cleaning constantly and reception and management staff were so friendly ! Pool are was beautful and never an issue getting a sunbed, relaxing day at the pool and fun at beach was just perfect. Pool bar prices were great value .. happy hour great and food exactly what we needed for lunch or snacks.
If you are planning a relaxing and fun holiday, from crazy fun on the strip, or lovely food at surrounding restaurants, we would 100% recommend this hidden gem of a hotel/appartment.

Fabulous complex
Just got back from 10 days holiday at this fabulous complex. We felt relaxed from the moment the lovely receptionist checked us in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be returning very soon!

Can`t wait to go back
Just returned on sun 21st June and I must say the only bad thing about this hotel is we could only give it 5 stars well worth at least 10. On arrival we were greeted with a smile from the lovely Gina who along with her team also lovely made our stay fantastic, Our room wasnt quite ready as we had early flights so we were directed to the bar where we enjoyed some of the best kept San Miguel ive ever had at a very fair price then they contacted me to let me know our apartment was ready and boy what a fine apartment it was you want for nothing, The beds where so comfortable air con in lounge and bedroom tv in lounge and bedroom welcome pack on arrival beach bag with milk,biscuits and 2 water bottles to fill up as you please from the ice cold water dispenser, The surrounding area lovely swimming pool surrounded by flowers and shrubs giving a fabulous burst of beautiful colour. Dont forget to get a Tuk Tuk to the old town great experience and also if you are looking for a great Sunday/wednesday lunch head for the Wayward Inn straight through the strip to the crossroads turn right about three minutes walk on your left you wont go Hungary. All I can say is thank you Golde Beach we hope to be back next year.
