Dining at the hotel includes a buffet breakfast with local and international flavours, and a Pizza & Gastro Bar offering pizzas, burgers, salads, and snacks. The stylish hotel bar is a great place to relax with cocktails or a glass of wine.
The modern rooms are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, offering a calm space to relax. Each room features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, a safe, and an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Most rooms come with a balcony or terrace, and upgrades to sea-view rooms are available for a supplement.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. From the warm welcome at the front desk to a quick and smooth check-out, the service was consistently friendly and professional. Our room was spotless, exceptionally comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. Housekeeping kept everything pristine throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection, and the location was ideal for walking to nearby local attractions and restaurants. We cannot wait to return for another visit!"

Location is in ‘new town’, 10mins from old town in uber, Ubers super cheap around 4 euro. Great intermarche a few minutes walk away.
No entertainment whatsoever, hotel overall lacked in atmosphere. Bar lounge downstairs empty every night, just football on a tv screen.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Big issue with our room (106) is it was so dark - impossible to get ready in the room with that lighting, so we had to get ready on the balcony BUT this floor and room should come with a warning that you are right on the street and if the curtains are open or you are on the balcony everyone and anyone can see you from both street level and the apartments facing. Shower was inside the bath, very old school and probably not practical for a lot of people having to step over into it. No storage area either so lived out of suitcases on the floor.
Staff were ok? Reception staff almost seemed to avoid eye contact when you were coming and going which I’ve ever experienced before but pleasant when we initiated communication. Also late checkout was unable to be accommodated which was unfortunate. The pool bar staff were very welcoming though - especially one blonde lady who wore a black uniform (sorry I didn’t get her name!).
Breakfast was nice, small set up but everything you might have wanted fruits, cereals, yoghurts, cheese, meats, hot food essentials and pastries. Nice addition to have Prosecco.
One real negative for us was we were on a later flight and late check out couldn’t be accommodated - the only place there is to change / shower is the dark wooden cabin at the back of the pool, but you’d have to lug your suitcase down over the grass and past everyone at the pool. Any 4* hotels I’ve stayed in before have an area especially for guests to change and shower later in the day.
The biggest highlight of this hotel and which should be promoted more is its rooftop bar, the sunset from up there is beautiful and the man making the cocktails is very friendly!
We made the most of our time and had a great trip but nothing about this hotel would make me miss it or entice me back.
The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, and overall, there is nothing particularly wrong with the hotel itself. However, to feel comfortable here, it is best to be a fairly independent person—especially in the dining area and around the pool. Some of the staff are very friendly, but most of them look angry and do not seem particularly interested in helping guests. You will quickly realize that it is often more convenient to do many things yourself. You have to move the sun loungers yourself, open the umbrellas yourself, and if you want to sit at a clean table, you may sometimes have to take care of that yourself as well. Judging by their appearance, the tables are cleaned rather infrequently. There is also no need to worry too much about entertainment by the pool or in the evenings—if you are lucky with your neighbors, you can enjoy a peaceful evening, but if not, the loud singing and conversations of drunk guests will provide free entertainment until late at night. Since there is no security, there is no one to remind these “performers” that the other guests may actually want to sleep. The breakfast selection is not particularly extensive, but you can find something to eat. So you certainly will not starve. Overall, the hotel has a very good location, and despite all the “minor details” mentioned above, it is definitely one of the better choices in the area. You just need to arrive with the right attitude—here, you will not only have a holiday but also the opportunity to practice self-service. 🙂
We have stayed here several times in the last couple of years. We had a room with a “side” sea view, which means that you have a lovely view from your balcony across the pines to the sea and Falesia Beach beyond. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere, despite being conveniently near a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bed and the bathroom was a good size. There was plenty of space for hanging clothes in the curtained-off area of the bedroom. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff on reception and in the breakfast area were very welcoming and the buffet breakfasts had a good choice of cooked and cold items, pastries, breads, etc., all freshly replenished when necessary. Brilliant for couples needing a relaxing break. We shall be back!
Lovely peaceful hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great pool bar. Pool area is small enough but never an issue with getting sunbeds and your own space. (Terrible background music at pool , sorry !) Everywhere is Spotless clean. Rooftop bar could be Such a great amenity to have but needs a lot of tweaking to make it special. Breakfast was relaxed and tasty. No complaints. Rooms are fine, has everything you need. But this is my biggest but of our stay , the air con is not very cold and so so loud ! Had to turn off to sleep but then room Gets very warm.
