5 star hotel
This is definitely one of the top hotels we have stayed at. We normally stay in one of the Marriott chain of hotels when on holiday and enjoy the perks of being a platinum member. But Marriott would have a lot to learn from this hotel.The hotel and grounds are spotless, rooms are very well maintained, breakfast was amazing and all the staff are willing and gladly offer advice,always with a smile on their face. There is nothing not to love about this hotel

Fabulous short break!
We booked here through Jet2 Holidays as a last minute three night break and can honestly say that from the minute we walked into the reception area and were met with smiles we knew we had made a good decision! There really is nothing to fault about this wonderful hotel. We were blown away by the deluxe one bedroom apartment. I had seen photos, but it was even better than I expected. We were in block 9, room 924, and whilst it didn't have a sea view (apart from the window in the shower!) it was perfect, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. We were near to where the renovations were taking place but there was minimal noise. For a last minute booking - three days earlier- it was amazing! Staff fantastic, super friendly and breakfast choice was excellent. We loved sitting outside at breakfast admiring the fabulous view, spent time on the beach at the bottom of the steps and also the cute little beach in thr town (10 min walk). We were bed and breakfast so ate out and would highly recommend 'Restaurant Olhos de Agua' which is a family run traditional Portuguese restaurant with the most amazing fish and super friendly staff. Would recommend a visit to this hotel. Best sangria ever and drinks all reasonably priced.

A gem!
We are staying here presently and we are so impressed. Warm welcoming staff, smooth check-in. Our Deluxe double room is so spacious with excellent facilities. Room service has been exceptional. We have found everything extremely efficient, from the services around the pool with an abundance of comfortable sun beds. The buffet service for DB&B has been very efficient, with attention given to high levels of service, and plenty of menu choices. We particularly appreciate the concentration on minimising waste with considered efficiency, which is highly commendable. This was a last minute 10 night stay booking for us and we have been hugely impressed with the services provided by all staff. They are obviously continuing to improve and renovate which amazingly has had no impact whatsoever on our stay. The staff take pride in their roles and that reflects well on the guest experience. We’re having a lovely relaxing holiday!
Amazing place with the most perfect view of the sea
Absolutely loved this place and I was so sad to leave. I stayed with my sister for 4 days and it was so relaxing. The place is pristine and the staff are wonderful. Every interaction with staff members was positive. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony with a wine before we went out during the evening. The views around the pool are breathtaking and you can't help but feel relaxed sitting and watching the world go by . The town was lovely nearby , about 10 minutes walk. It was busy without feeling to overcrowded. You can also get a taxi to albufeira or vilamoura for about 12 euros. We only ate breakfast so I can't comment on the evening meals . I would definitely return here again for a quiet and relaxing stay.
