The Muthu Clube Praia da Oura provides two swimming pools set in lush tropical gardens and guests can also take in the Algarve's year-round sunshine from the hotel's sun deck. Dine on tasty Mediterranean cuisine at the hotel's Jac's Restaurant and enjoy a choice of bars, including a poolside bar and a bar with ocean views.
Standard terrace rooms are bright, comfortable are well-equipped with one double or two twin beds, a sofa bed in the living room, en-suite bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and stove. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, telephone, safety deposit box*, iron, heating, and hairdryer. Deluxe terrace rooms and one-bedroom apartments are available at a supplement.

My wife and I spent 11 nights at this resort in the luxury suite K building in a one bedroom apartment. The room telephone did not work. The television did not work. The curtains were filthy, the lounge chairs on the patio were torn and disgustingly dirty. The bed had a thin mattress with a dip on the right side of the mattress, the springs in the mattress dug into us. Cockroaches were visible, although only one made it into our room. Every evening a club off the resort grounds played music between 1030 pm and 230 am loud enough for the room walls to vibrate. This resort is a destination for stag and hen celebrations. There was no shortage of drunken young men and women staggering around by early afternoon being loud, obnoxious and disrespectful.
The hotel was bigger than expected. Although I booked a deluxe room our room was standard! Very cramped and balcony view was a palm tree! No frills - no tea or coffee etc. for a delux room this was awful. The complex is NOT for anyone that has mobility issues. Lots of stairs and all the paths were cobbled. I broken both my ankles 14 weeks prior to my all inclusive, and struggled a lot. The food was good and I found the staff to be friendly. For all inclusive, I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointing. Not sure if the room situation was the hotel taking the p**s or Loveholidays.
Lovely place near the beach. Excellant value for money. Lots of facilities across all the hotels. Had a lovely Mexican with excellant service from Chetan, nothing was too much trouble for him.
We recently stayed at Muthu Clube Praia da Oura in Albufeira, Portugal after booking a "Deluxe Suite" through On the Beach, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were visibly stressed, unfriendly, and overwhelmed by a long line of guests waiting to complain. This chaotic, unhelpful attitude persisted throughout our entire stay. The Room & Misleading Advertising: The room we were given looked nothing like the photos on the website. When we queried this, reception claimed "all rooms are the same"—which makes no sense given the price difference for upgraded categories. To make matters worse, On the Beach told us to complain to the hotel, while the hotel told us to complain to On the Beach, leaving us with zero resolution. Pros:

All in all, this was a terrible experience. This hotel should come with a serious warning, and I strongly advise booking elsewhere.
